The practical requirement for Black Ops 7 Oozed Camo is therefore 36 weapon-class challenges in total. Each of the four modes has nine class challenges, and clearing all nine in one mode awards its animated mastery camo. Oozed sits above those four rewards, so getting one or two mastery camos is progress toward the secret reward but is not enough on its own.

Black Ops 7 Oozed Camo requires all four animated Camo Costume Party mastery camos. Fastest way to work toward Black Ops 7 Oozed Camo
The fastest Black Ops 7 Oozed Camo route is to stop treating the event as one giant checklist and clear it mode by mode. Warzone has lower raw kill totals but several restrictive conditions, such as ground-loot Assault Rifle eliminations, a pistol Bounty Target and Marksman Rifle kills with no optic. Multiplayer has streak and playlist requirements. Zombies has the largest kill totals, while Endgame asks for named enemy types, Combat Rating conditions and movement-based kills.
Finish the shortest challenges first inside each tab, but do not leave an entire difficult mode until the end. The Zombies Marksman Rifle requirement needs 500 kills with a Marksman Rifle obtained from the Mystery Box, and the Endgame Sniper Rifle line needs 100 critical kills on Fear enemies. Those are better started early than discovered with only a small amount of event time remaining.
What does not unlock Oozed
Black Ops 7 Oozed Camo does not unlock from any nine challenges. That nine-challenge milestone belongs to the Arcblade melee weapon. It also does not unlock merely by owning the four standard event camos, because Undergrowth, Gray Matter, Zombie Mai Tai and Patchwork are earned class by class. The secret reward is tied to the four full mode masteries.
BlackCell camos are a separate Season 6 system as well. Jigsaw, Specter, Entangle, Liquify, Shackled and Abyssal do not substitute for Camo Costume Party completion. Ranked camos and normal weapon mastery camos also sit outside this event path.
Black Ops 7 Oozed Camo not unlocking
If Black Ops 7 Oozed Camo remains locked after a long grind, check the four mastery tiles rather than assuming the secret reward is bugged. One incomplete weapon class leaves its mode at eight of nine and blocks the mastery camo. That single missing mastery then prevents Oozed from completing even if the other three tabs are finished.
Open each event tab and verify Gravebloom, Grubs, Malignant and Death Row individually. If all four display as unlocked but Oozed has not appeared, finish the current match or activity, return to the Events menu and allow the account to resync before repeating any challenge. If the live tracker still shows the requirement as complete without granting the reward, Activision Support is the appropriate place to report the account-specific issue.
What you earn on the way to Oozed
Black Ops 7 Oozed Camo is only the final reward in a much larger chain. Completing the 36 challenges also gives the four standard camos across their relevant weapon classes, the four animated mastery camos and enough challenge completions to unlock Arcblade. That makes the full clear useful even before the secret camo appears.
