Arknights Endfield gear plans let you save and name multiple equipment setups, then switch between them for different lineups. Sanctuary of Ink also adds Combo Skill Priority and two extra Team slots, making it easier to prepare a party before a fight.
It’s tempting to treat these as one big loadout feature, but they work separately: Gear Plans store equipment, Combo Skill Priority sets the order of simultaneous triggers, and Team06 and Team07 give you two more saved party slots.
Arknights Endfield gear plans: save multiple equipment setups

What does a Gear Plan save?
Gear Plan is a new system for keeping named gear configurations. If an operator needs one equipment setup for a particular team and a different one for another lineup, you can create separate plans rather than rebuilding everything from memory each time.
Gear Plans are useful when the same operator needs different equipment in different teams. Save a configuration for each role, then select the one you want before heading into combat. The patch notes don’t describe automatic dungeon-specific swaps.
How should you organise your plans?
Use names that tell you which lineup or playstyle a plan is for, then check the gear you selected before saving it. If you experiment with different teams regularly, keeping several clear configurations reduces the chance of loading the wrong items for a battle.
The patch notes don’t give a fixed number of gear plans or controller-specific button sequence. Use the available Gear Plan options in-game to check which slots and controls are shown on your account.
What is Combo Skill Priority?
This is a separate control on the Team screen. When more than one Combo Skill is triggered at the same time, you can choose their priority order so the skills release in the sequence you set. That helps keep simultaneous triggers predictable.
The Arknights Endfield gear plans system doesn’t replace Combo Skill Priority. One stores equipment configurations, while the other resolves competing combo triggers. Changing priority does not mean a skill can ignore cooldowns, and it is not an automatic full combat rotation.
How to use Team06 and Team07
Sanctuary of Ink adds two more editable team slots, Team06 and Team07. You can save additional party compositions instead of overwriting the lineups you already use. That is particularly useful when you’re alternating between challenge content and exploration.
The new slots don’t directly change how many operators can participate in a battle; they expand how many presets you can keep ready. Before switching modes, choose the team slot you actually want, then match the saved Gear Plan to that lineup.
What changed in Gear Artificing?
The Select Items to Consume screen now has an Assembly tab. It filters equipment suitable for artificing materials, with manual quantity controls and Auto-Fill to assemble the required consumed gear without changing screens repeatedly.
For Arknights Endfield gear plans, this is a related equipment-management improvement, not a new plan type. Assembly can make preparation faster, but the official notes do not say it grants free gear or removes normal material requirements.
Arknights Endfield gear plans: the best way to use the update
Save one named configuration for each distinct lineup, use Team06 or Team07 if you need another team preset, and then set Combo Skill Priority for situations where several triggers activate together. Check Assembly separately when you’re preparing materials for gear artificing.
Gear Plans save the time you spend building equipment setups. Team slots save lineups, and Combo Skill Priority handles skills that trigger together. Using each for its own job makes team changes less fiddly.
