ARC Raiders Buried City Keys: Hospital, Town Hall, JKV and Residential Doors

ARC Raiders Frigate official ARC Raiders Frozen Trail artwork from Embark Studios.

ARC Raiders Buried City Keys open four kinds of rooms: Hospital, Town Hall, J Kozma Ventures and residential apartments. The Hospital door is on the second floor, Town Hall has a north-side ground-floor lock, and the JKV card belongs on the fourth floor of the Space Travel building.

The Residential Master Key works on several apartments rather than just one door. Below are the buildings, floors and entrances worth knowing before spending any of these single-use keys.

ARC Raiders Buried City Keys: Hospital Key: northwest of the second floor

The Rare Hospital Key opens a room in the northwest corner of the Hospital’s second floor. Go inside the Hospital and use the stairwell to reach that level, then search the northwestern corridor for the locked door. Arriving at the right map marker isn’t enough if you keep looking around ground-floor patient rooms. This is one of the more useful ARC Raiders Buried City Keys to know by floor, because running around outside the building won’t reveal the actual door. The containers inside may hold good supplies, but the rewards aren’t fixed.

Town Hall Key: northern ground-level entrance

Find Town Hall and approach its northern side at street level. The Epic Town Hall Key opens the secured ground-floor door there. The room can contain security lockers and a weapon case, depending on the raid’s loot roll. If you’ve reached an upstairs meeting room, return to the ground level and check the northern entrance. The Town Hall Key has higher rarity than the other ARC Raiders Buried City Keys, but that doesn’t make any particular blueprint guaranteed behind its lock.

JKV Employee Access Card: Space Travel fourth floor

The J Kozma Ventures building is labelled Space Travel on the Buried City map. Enter it, climb to the fourth floor and move towards the north side to find the keyed office room. This is not a lock at JKV reception. A player who walks the ground-floor lobby looking for an employee badge reader will miss the actual destination. Keep your stamina and escape route in mind while moving through several floors of a building that can already be occupied by another squad.

ARC Raiders Buried City Keys: Residential Master Key: multiple apartment doors

The Residential Master Key opens several apartment entrances around Buried City. Look in the residential blocks for eligible locked unit doors rather than expecting one special named room. ARC Raiders Buried City Keys remain single-use even when their names sound reusable. One Residential Master Key opens one apartment, so bring another copy for a second door. This Uncommon key is particularly good for a route that already passes through housing because you can choose a compatible apartment close to your spawn.

Where to find these keys

Most ARC Raiders Buried City Keys turn up randomly from ordinary scavenging, including drawers, filing cabinets and other containers. They can drop on maps other than Buried City, so the map in the item name is its destination rather than a promise about where it spawned. A Safe Pocket is useful for protecting a Rare Hospital or Epic Town Hall Key if you’re using a compatible Augment. Don’t sell a key just because you haven’t visited its matching area yet; it may be useful for a later planned run.

Which door should you visit first?

If you start near Hospital, its second-floor northwest room is straightforward to mark. Town Hall’s north ground-level door needs no lengthy climb, while JKV requires reaching the fourth floor of Space Travel. A Residential Master Key gives you several options. ARC Raiders Buried City Keys should be matched to your intended route before you deploy rather than carried all together. Opening a locked room takes time and announces activity to nearby Raiders, so an exit plan matters as much as the room itself.

ARC Raiders Buried City Keys: Loot and item rarity

Embark’s Flashpoint 1.22.0 patch increased locked-room loot value based on the rarity of the key. That means the Epic Town Hall Key has stronger potential than an Uncommon apartment key, but the exact items still vary. Don’t mistake a community list of room containers for guaranteed weapons or crafting blueprints. ARC Raiders Buried City Keys are access consumables, not reward boxes. Once another player has opened a door, the room can be looted by anyone who reaches it.

After the room is open

Keys disappear when used, and a door left open won’t keep enemies or other Raiders out. Check the surrounding corridor before looting and listen for footsteps on the floors above or below you. ARC Raiders Buried City Keys won’t open the Raider Hatch, which needs its own key and must be enabled by the map condition. If you arrived to finish a physical item-delivery quest, make sure the object is in your inventory before heading to extraction, and protect it in a Safe Pocket where possible.
