FNCS Solos Reload queue not working? Start with the event’s entry requirements. Round 1 requires a top-200,000 overall Global PR position, account level 350, 14 different Epic tournaments in the past 180 days and two-factor authentication. Later rounds require their own qualifying placement.
A greyed-out tournament tile is not always a bug. The session may not be open yet, you may be missing an entry requirement or you may not have reached that stage. Check those things before troubleshooting your connection.
FNCS Solos Reload queue not working: Check these entry rules
- Global PR: your Epic ranking must be inside the overall top 200,000 for Qualifier Round 1, not just your region’s Ranked ladder
- Account level: 350 or higher, viewable under Career
- Tournament history: 14 distinct Epic tournaments in the previous 180 days, not 14 matches of one event
- Account security: 2FA enabled and account in good standing
- Age: at least 13 or the higher minimum required locally, with guardian agreement where necessary
- Round access: Round 2 and later require placement or the official top-1,000 PR skip
Epic’s Master Rules cover account level, tournament history and security; the Reload rules add the global PR cutoff. Restarting the game cannot bypass a failed eligibility check.

Round 1: Why the tournament is locked
Round 1 takes place on 3 and 4 November, with EU sessions listed from 6 PM GMT. In the Compete tab, select your region’s Reload qualifier and check its session window. A tournament tile can appear before the queue opens.
If the event tile is missing, open the three-line menu below your display name and choose Filter Tournaments. Check the region, status and eligibility filters, then apply your changes. You can also find the event through Play, Mode Selection, By Epic. Select the November Solos Reload qualifier, not October’s FNCS Solos event.
Why is FNCS Solos Reload queue not working in Round 2 or 3?
Round 2 on 7 November requires a Round 1 finish inside the top 4,000 in EU, top 2,000 in NAC or top 1,000 elsewhere, unless you qualify for the top-1,000 worldwide PR skip. Round 3 on 8 November requires a top-500 Round 2 finish.
Remember that choosing to play Round 1 forfeits the top-1,000 automatic Round 2 skip. If you played the opening round, you must advance on your combined two-day score. The in-game event leaderboard determines qualification, not an unverified third-party cutoff screenshot.
Why is FNCS Solos Reload queue not working in Heats or LCQ?
Heats on November 14 to 15 only accept the top 80 from Round 3. The LCQ Final on November 17 accepts players seeded there from Heats or LCQ Round 1. LCQ Round 1 on November 16 has an easily missed condition: Epic requires actual participation in Reload Qualifier Round 1.
Players who skipped the first qualifier using the top-1,000 Global PR rule cannot enter LCQ Round 1 unless they actually participated in the opening qualifier. Check our Heats and LCQ guide for the exact route.

FNCS Solos Reload Queue Not Working: Region and PC checks
Once you play Qualifier Round 1 or 2, your region is locked for the rest of the event. Switching regions or devices cannot bypass eligibility, even though the competition supports cross-platform play.
Select the lock icon and open Details to see which entry requirement is missing. Epic refreshes PR eligibility about a week before a tournament, so an earlier lock status can be misleading. Check the active session and try the event through the Compete tab or By Epic in mode selection.
FNCS Solos Reload queue not working on PC?
Windows players entering level-350 tournaments need TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot. For a boot-validation or system-requirements error, follow Epic’s PC instructions and your device manufacturer’s guidance. For ordinary matchmaking errors, check the error code and Epic’s service status. None of these steps overrides an eligibility requirement.
The qualification guide has all round cutoffs, and the main Reload schedule covers UK times, including the conflicting EU Final dates in Epic’s written rules and live calendar. The FNCS Solos Reload Queue Not Working checks here apply to November Reload, not October’s completed FNCS Solos.
FNCS Solos Reload queue not working in a later stage? Check your qualifying placement first. Entering Round 1 does not automatically unlock Round 2, Heats or LCQ Final.
