Why Is FNCS Solos Locked or Not Showing? Requirements and Fixes

FNCS Solos Locked is usually an eligibility or session-state problem rather than a missing tournament.

The event begins September 28, but different stages only become available to players who satisfy the relevant qualification requirement. FNCS Solos Locked is part of Epic’s standalone 2026 Battle Royale Solos tournament that begins immediately after the Global Championship.

FNCS Solos Locked Because of Power Rankings

Round 1 requires a top-200,000 position on Epic’s overall Power Rankings leaderboard. A player outside that gate cannot queue for the opening FNCS Solos session.

The live event page also currently lists a top-2,000 automatic Round 2 route, while the published rules text still shows top 5,000. Near that boundary, use the live event tile as the operational check.

FNCS Solos Locked Because MFA Is Off

Epic lists multi-factor authentication as an eligibility requirement. If MFA is not enabled on the Epic account, competitive event entry can remain unavailable.

Age requirements also apply: players must be at least 13 or the higher minimum age required in their country.

FNCS Solos Not Showing Because the Session Is Not Live

Each stage has a specific date and regional time window. An event tile may remain locked before the session opens or disappear after its queue window closes.

Europe currently lists Round 1 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on September 28 and 29. Other regions use different local windows.

FNCS Solos Locked After Changing Region

Epic allows participation in only one region for the entire Solos event. Once an account participates in Qualifier Round 1 or Round 2 in a region, that account is locked to that region for later stages.

Changing matchmaking region after participating does not create a second qualification attempt and can leave the expected event unavailable.

FNCS Solos Not Showing in Later Rounds

Round 2, Round 3, Fast Track, Heats and LCQ Finals are qualification-gated. If the previous leaderboard did not advance you into that stage, the next playlist will not become playable.

Check the official event leaderboard and Compete tab before assuming the tournament itself is broken.

Players should use the live Compete tab as the final operational source for FNCS Solos Locked session times. Epic’s rules describe the tournament structure, while the event tile reflects region-specific start times and any late scheduling changes.

MFA is required and players must meet Epic’s minimum age requirement. The event is cross-platform, but every competitor plays the same Battle Royale Solos ruleset regardless of whether they use PC, console or an eligible mobile platform.

Another important detail for FNCS Solos Locked is the one-region rule. Once a player participates in a Qualifier Round 1 or Round 2 session in a region, Epic locks that account to the same region for the remaining Solos stages.

The qualifier format is deliberately cumulative in Round 1: Day 1 and Day 2 points are added together. Later stages use their own session leaderboard, so advancing once does not carry old points into the next round.

For FNCS Solos Locked, missing the queue cutoff can matter as much as raw points. Epic states that only matches beginning before the session window closes count, and fixed-lobby stages can treat a missed scheduled match as a last-place finish with zero eliminations.
