ARC Raiders Remote Raider Flare: Crafting, Buying and Farming 10

ARC Raiders Remote Raider Flare is a Common quick-use item, and you need 10 for Stage 2 of Soul’s Offering. If you’ve learned its blueprint, the easiest way to get that many is to craft them at Utility Station 1. Each flare costs 2 Chemicals and 4 Rubber Parts. You can also find flares in raid loot or buy them from Apollo.

Crafting all ten requires 20 Chemicals and 40 Rubber Parts. Buying all ten at the listed trader price would cost 8,100 Raider Coins. Before spending either, check your stash: you may already have unused flares from previous raids or quests. Don’t confuse them with the Fireworks Boxes used for the final rooftop tribute.

How to get ARC Raiders Remote Raider Flare

There are three ways to get an ARC Raiders Remote Raider Flare: craft it, buy it or loot it. Crafting is the simplest option when you already own the blueprint. Without it, your quickest shortcut may be Apollo’s utility shop if you’ve reached the required level.

For scavenging, check Raider Caches, Worn Backpacks and Supply Drops. Item trackers also list First Wave Raider Caches, plus special Raider Caches found during certain map conditions. These are possible loot sources, not a guaranteed flare location. If your next raid has an accessible cache, it’s worth checking, but there’s no reason to comb every building for ten random drops.

Several item databases list the Remote Raider Flare in Apollo’s shop for 810 Raider Coins, unlocked at Raider level 7. Check Apollo’s current inventory before committing to a shopping run. Buying ten at that price would cost 8,100 coins, assuming you can purchase all ten.

ARC Raiders Remote Raider Flare crafting recipe

To craft an ARC Raiders Remote Raider Flare, you need to have learned the Remote Raider Flare Blueprint. Then use Utility Station 1. One craft produces one flare, using two Chemicals and four Rubber Parts. You don’t need to upgrade to Utility Station 2 for this recipe.

For Chemicals, search Medical, Residential and Mechanical loot. Rubber Parts appear in Mechanical, Industrial and Electrical loot. You can also get parts from recycling unwanted items at Speranza. Check what you already have before heading topside just to collect more.

The ARC Raiders Remote Raider Flare Blueprint is not automatically unlocked with the workbench. It can appear while scavenging, with Electrical loot containers listed as one possible source. Once found, learn the blueprint so the recipe appears at Utility Station 1. A blueprint sitting in your inventory isn’t enough.

Best way to farm ten flares for Soul’s Offering

In Soul’s Offering Stage 2, Construct Ferrovia’s Offering asks for 10 Remote Raider Flares, 3 Dead Flowers, 2 Railway Lanterns and 15 Advanced ARC Powercells. You donate these through Projects at Speranza. The ARC Raiders Remote Raider Flare is a donation item here, not something you need to launch during the raid.

The most straightforward ARC Raiders Remote Raider Flare farming plan is to use any flares in your stash first, then craft the rest. If you’re starting from zero, collect 20 Chemicals and 40 Rubber Parts and craft all ten at Speranza. If you’ve already found four, for example, you only need six more: 12 Chemicals and 24 Rubber Parts. Bought or looted flares count just like crafted ones.

An ARC Raiders Remote Raider Flare stacks in groups of three and weighs 0.2 kg. Ten flares take four inventory stacks, but they don’t all need to be carried on a raid. Keep them in your stash until you can contribute them to the project.

Can quests give you Remote Raider Flares?

Quests such as Off The Radar and The Trifecta also provide Remote Raider Flares for their objectives. Those are quest supplies, not a repeatable source you can farm indefinitely. If you have spare flares left over, check your stash before crafting new ones for Soul’s Offering.

You can mix flares from different sources when contributing to Ferrovia’s Offering. The project counts the Remote Raider Flare item, not whether it came from crafting, a trader or a container.

What does the Remote Raider Flare actually do?

The ARC Raiders Remote Raider Flare is a deployable quick-use item. Place it, then trigger it remotely to send a Raider Distress Flare into the sky. Using one in a raid consumes a flare you might otherwise have donated, so keep your project supply separate from the ones you plan to deploy.

A Fireworks Box is a different item. Stage 3 awards three Fireworks Boxes, and Stage 4 sends you to the Santa Maria Houses rooftop in Buried City to set one off. You cannot replace the ten Stage 2 Remote Raider Flares with Fireworks Boxes. See our Santa Maria rooftop route for that final objective.

Should you recycle or sell a Remote Raider Flare?

Save your ARC Raiders Remote Raider Flares until you’ve finished Ferrovia’s Offering. Each has a sell value of 270 coins, while recycling at Speranza returns only one unit of Chemicals and one unit of Rubber Parts. That’s a poor return compared with the cost of crafting a replacement.

Soul’s Offering runs from 27 October to 16 November 2026. Once you’ve collected enough flares, contribute them through Projects before recycling or selling extras. There is no benefit to holding ten past the event deadline.

Why aren’t my flares counting?

First, check that you’re holding the exact item: Remote Raider Flare. A Fireworks Box is not the same thing. If you found the flares topside, make sure you’ve extracted with them. Then open Soul’s Offering in Projects and donate them; simply having ten in your stash doesn’t complete Ferrovia’s contribution.

If the ARC Raiders Remote Raider Flare recipe is missing, make sure you’ve learned the blueprint and are using Utility Station 1. If crafting works but the project still isn’t complete, check the donation count and remaining materials. Our Railway Lantern locations and Dead Flowers locations guides cover the other difficult contributions.
