Buried City has plenty of residential loot, and players have reported other Soul’s Offering trinkets there. It can serve as a backup scavenging map, but the evidence isn’t strong enough to name a specific Buried City Mask Fragment spawn. Don’t plan around a promised plate-and-mask pair.
If you are already farming the Santa Maria Houses or Grandioso Apartments for other residential trinkets, search the available storage on your way through. Buried City’s different districts offer plenty of containers, but no single building has been independently established as a reliable Mask Fragment farm.
How many ARC Raiders Mask Fragment for Soul’s Offering?
Construct Murteta’s Offering asks for one Mask Fragment, two Fancy Plates, one Insulation Roll and five Fertilizer. The reward bundle includes Vulcano I, a Shotgun Silencer, Extended Shotgun Mag III and three Fireworks Boxes. Those Fireworks Boxes matter for the final rooftop tribute, so don’t discard them.

Fastest ARC Raiders Mask Fragment farming plan
Choose Old Town if you want a compact Pendola Pass scavenging route, not because a particular house has a confirmed Mask Fragment drop. Search a group of accessible rooms for trinkets, including kitchen storage and drawers, rather than visiting one exact house. If your spawn is closer to Buried City, you can work through nearby residential buildings while saving any Fancy Plates or Dead Flowers you pick up.
When the Fragment finally appears, extract and keep it. You need only one and can deposit it through the Projects tab when Stage 3 is unlocked. Losing it after pushing into another risky building means repeating a search that can already take several raids.
Why your ARC Raiders Mask Fragment search is not working
The item is random loot, not a guaranteed reward from killing a specific enemy or opening a particular locked door. A reported container might be empty when you arrive, or it could hold another trinket in your raid. Check several accessible rooms before moving on. Check the item’s exact name when you loot it; cosmetic mask items and ordinary decorative fragments do not satisfy the contribution.
