Pet Simulator 99 PSX Classic Areas: 18 Rewards and How to Claim Them

Pet Simulator 99 Update 99 rewards

Pet Simulator 99 PSX Classic Areas come with 18 rewards you can bring back to Pet Simulator 99, beginning in the recreated Pet Simulator X Town and finishing the climb at Heaven’s Gate. BIG Games opened the PSX Classic event with Update 99 on October 24, 2026, letting players earn prizes in PS99 as they progress through the original-style worlds.

You don’t collect the area prizes from each zone the moment you step inside it. The official instructions say to use Home to return to PS99, where earned rewards are delivered. There’s also a sizeable first-return bonus, separate from the other prizes. Here’s how to progress through the worlds and collect what you’ve unlocked.

The route names below describe the historical Pet Simulator X worlds and help you navigate; they are not a confirmed list of 18 individual reward slots. BIG Games confirms the reward count and claiming method, but not a complete area-by-area payout table.

Pet Simulator 99 PSX Classic Areas: How the 18 rewards work

Each new area you reach in the Classic event contributes to the PS99 reward track. BIG Games confirms 18 reward-paying areas and names Keys and Diamonds among the prizes. The developer has not provided a prize-by-prize list showing the exact items and quantities awarded by each area. The Pet Simulator 99 PSX Classic Areas reward system is therefore best tracked through the event’s own area rewards screen while you progress. Returning to PS99 pays what you’ve earned, regardless of whether you’re also chasing a rare pet or leaderboard place.

Pet Simulator 99 PSX Classic Areas: How to enter

Go to the portal behind the eggs in Pet Simulator 99 and press Play, or select Join Event from the sidebar. Everyone begins fresh in Town. Work through the original Spawn world rather than expecting the main game’s powerful pets to unlock all of Classic instantly. If you want a closer look at the entrance, our PSX Classic Portal guide covers the two entry methods and returning home. The Pet Simulator 99 PSX Classic Areas challenge begins with those early worlds, even if you normally play in a much later part of PS99.

Pet Simulator 99 PSX Classic Areas: Original Spawn route

The recreated experience follows the recognizable Spawn world from Pet Simulator X. These are the original game’s route landmarks, which help you navigate the opening stretch. The historical zone names are useful for finding your way, while the game’s dedicated reward screen determines which unlocks count towards the 18 PS99 payouts. You can earn coins and collect new pets along the route, then keep advancing instead of spending the whole session at the Town eggs.

Classic Spawn location What to focus on
Town The starting place for a fresh Classic save. Begin earning coins and hatching basic pets.
Forest An early coin-farming step; hatch stronger pets before the next unlock becomes expensive.
Beach Keep working through the original Spawn progression and build up your team.
Mine An old-school area where improving pet power makes the following unlocks easier.
Winter A further stage in Spawn progression, with more expensive eggs and breakables.
Glacier Continue collecting coins to open the later Spawn biomes.
Desert The first of the late Spawn environments; stronger pets make a noticeable difference.
Volcano The high-end Spawn farming stretch and home of the familiar Volcano Chest.
Cave The passage from the Spawn world towards the Fantasy world in the original PSX route.

Pet Simulator 99 PSX Classic Areas: Original Fantasy route

Beyond the Cave, the classic route leads to the Fantasy world, where the Fantasy Shop and the Portals act as familiar landmarks. Instead of one uninterrupted stretch, Fantasy involves opening portals to different islands. Progress towards Heaven Island and then Heaven’s Gate, which BIG Games explicitly names as the final destination. The locations below are the original PSX Fantasy route landmarks; they are a navigation reference, not a claimed one-to-one map of the new PS99 reward payouts.

Classic Fantasy location What to focus on
Enchanted Forest An introductory Fantasy location reached after entering the second world.
Fantasy Portals The central gateway for reaching the islands. Unlock the portals needed for the next leg.
Ancient Island One of the earlier Fantasy destinations, with an Ancient Chest in classic PSX.
Samurai Island Another island with stronger progression and its own egg progression.
Candy Island A later Fantasy island and a good reason to revisit the egg shop.
Haunted Island The spooky Fantasy location; separate from the locked Halloween world.
Hell Island A difficult late Fantasy destination with a large chest to work on.
Heaven Island The island reached before the last destination, with powerful chest farming.
Heaven’s Gate The final target named in Update 99, with the Grand Heaven Chest and Empyrean Egg.

How to claim Pet Simulator 99 PSX Classic Areas rewards

While playing PSX Classic, unlock new locations as you become strong enough to proceed. Press the Home button on the left when you want to return to the regular PS99 game. Your earned area rewards are delivered as soon as you arrive home, so the main reward collection step happens after leaving Classic. On your first journey back, the game also gives 100,000 Diamonds and 10 Mini Chests. Those numbers are confirmed separately from the unspecified per-area Keys and Diamonds. The Pet Simulator 99 PSX Classic Areas reward track is a good reason to visit home occasionally, and you can use the portal again to continue your progress.

Pet Simulator 99 PSX Classic Areas: Reaching Heaven’s Gate

Heaven’s Gate marks the end of the PSX Classic route. It contains the Grand Heaven Chest, which BIG Games identifies as the source of Huge Agony. The final Empyrean Egg also offers a chance to hatch Huge Tiger. Neither pet is a guaranteed prize for reaching the area: you have to interact with its own hatch or chest activity and get a lucky drop. Reaching Heaven’s Gate also forms half of the Classic Legend requirement. The other half is playing for 72 hours. These are separate from the Pet Simulator 99 PSX Classic Areas rewards you receive on your ordinary return home.

Which Pet Simulator 99 PSX Classic Areas rewards are free?

Unlocking areas, opening eggs and breaking chests also earns Season Pass tokens. Tier 4 awards the free Huge Froggy, and the pass includes an Egg Hoverboard and Shop Booth inspired by the older game. Any Classic egg has a chance of Huge Dalmatian; the Empyrean Egg and Grand Heaven Chest provide two harder late-game targets. Classic Huge pets stay in the old world, while their Classic Twins are delivered to your normal PS99 account when you return. The Update 99 overview explains the wider event and the paid options without mixing them up with area rewards.

Pet Simulator 99 PSX Classic Areas versus Index prizes

No. The new Classic Index records pets found in PSX Classic, and every newly collected pet scores for your clan in the Fantasy Clan Battle. The clan event also scores achievements and Huge hatches, while the individual leaderboard rewards rare pet hatching. Those objectives can advance naturally as you play through the Pet Simulator 99 PSX Classic Areas route, but their prizes follow different rules from the 18 area payments. If your goal is the fastest path to Heaven’s Gate, concentrate on opening areas; if your clan needs more points, make time to hatch pets you haven’t indexed.

Pet Simulator 99 PSX Classic Areas: A good first-session route

Begin by entering Town and opening as much of Spawn as your pet strength allows. Stop to hatch stronger pets when progress slows, and work towards Cave and the Fantasy Portals. Return home after several unlocks to collect the first-trip bonus and earned PS99 prizes, then come back to work towards Heaven Island and Heaven’s Gate. Players juggling both worlds can also keep up with Diamond Mountain, its Expeditions and the Secret Trails. For the Pet Simulator 99 PSX Classic Areas goal, the strongest payoff is steady progression while claiming the rewards already available to you.

The route is useful for finding Heaven’s Gate, but the event’s reward display is what tells you which prizes you’ve earned. If you just want your Diamonds and Mini Chests, press Home after making progress rather than spending the entire session trying to clear the final area.
