Sailor Piece bosses can drop rare swords, fighting-style materials, outfits, titles and the keys for stronger encounters. Some spawn naturally, while others need items at a summoner or only appear during a raid or dungeon. The tables below give the boss locations, summon requirements and noteworthy drops so you can head to the right place.
The route changes as you progress. Jinwoo and Alucard are on Sailor Island, Gojo and Sukuna are at Shibuya Station, and Boss Island is where you spend Boss Keys on fights such as Saber and Ichigo. Sea 2 adds timed encounters such as Luffy at The Sunny and key-gated battles including Black Reaper.

Sailor Piece bosses: The four main types
The first thing to check is how your boss spawns. Natural island bosses reappear after a cooldown. Spawnable bosses require keys or special materials paid to an NPC. World bosses follow the server’s countdown, while dungeon, raid and Boss Rush bosses belong to their particular mode. You can’t use Boss Keys to summon every enemy in the game.
Early Sailor Piece bosses for levelling
These Sailor Piece bosses are regular progression enemies. They award EXP, Cash and Gems rather than the late-game swords associated with summoners. For their matching repeatable quests, see our level 1–12,500 levelling guide.
| Boss | Island | Level | Reliable rewards |
|---|---|---|---|
| Thief Boss | Starter Island | Level 25+ | EXP, Cash, Gems |
| Monkey Boss | Jungle Island | Level 500+ | EXP, Cash, Gems |
| Desert Boss | Desert Island | Level 1,000+ | EXP, Cash, Gems |
| Winter Warden | Snow Island | Level 2,000+ | EXP, Cash, Gems |
| Panda Sorcerer | Shibuya Station | Level 5,000+ | EXP, Cash, Gems |
Natural Sailor Piece bosses: Locations and drops
You can farm these Sailor Piece bosses without handing any items to a summoner. The percentages are reported base rates, not guaranteed drops on a particular kill. Jinwoo and Alucard rotate on Sailor Island; Shibuya Station has Yuji, Gojo and Sukuna.
| Boss / alternate name | Island | Notable drops (reported) |
|---|---|---|
| Jinwoo / Solo Hunter | Sailor Island | Abyss Edge 17.5%, Dark Ring 7%, Shadow Heart 2% |
| Alucard / Vampire King | Sailor Island | Soul Amulet 8%, Casull 2%, Blood Ring 2% |
| Yuji / Cursed Vessel | Shibuya Station | Energy Core 25%, Flash Impact 9%, Divergent Pulse 4% |
| Gojo / Limitless Sorcerer | Shibuya Station | Limitless Key 30%, Void Fragment 20%, Limitless Ring 8% |
| Sukuna / Curse King | Shibuya Station | Malevolent Key 30%, Cursed Finger 20%, Dismantle Fang 8% |
| Aizen / Manipulator | Hollow Island | Mirage Pendant 20%, Illusion Prism 8%, Reiatsu Core 3% |
| Yamato | Judgement Island | Frozen Will 4.25%, Yamato Essence 2.5%, Silent Storm 1.15% |
| Strongest Shinobi | Ninja Island | Power Remnant 3.65%, Battle Sigil 2.1%, Eternal Core 1% |
Gojo is a useful target for Limitless Keys that lead to the Strongest of Today summon. Sukuna drops Malevolent Keys used for Strongest in History. Aizen can help with Dungeon Keys and sword materials. For later progression, Yamato and Strongest Shinobi offer upgrade items and title routes without a paid summon.
Boss Island: Sailor Piece bosses and summoning costs
Use the Boss Summoner on the left side near Boss Island’s shore. The Boss Ticket Exchange sits on the other side. Of the standard Boss Key fights, Saber is cheapest at one key, followed by Qin Shi at three and Ichigo at five. Special summons use a different item, sometimes with higher costs on harder difficulties.
| Boss | Summon requirement | Notable rewards |
|---|---|---|
| Saber / Knight | 1 Boss Key + 100,000 Cash + 175 Gems | Excalibur 2%, Saber Armor 5%, Boss Ticket |
| Qin Shi | 3 Boss Keys + 250,000 Cash + 400 Gems | Jade Tablet 6%, Imperial Seal 2.5%, Boss Ticket |
| Ichigo / Soul Reaper | 5 Boss Keys + 350,000 Cash + 600 Gems | Soul Fragment 6%, Hollow Mask 2%, Soul Flame 0.7% |
| Gilgamesh | Divine Grail + 500,000 Cash + 500 Gems | Throne Remnant, Ancient Shard |
| Corrupted Knight | Dark Grail + 650,000 Cash + 650 Gems | Morgan Remnant, Alter Essence |
| Moon Slayer | Upper Seal + 700,000 Cash + 700 Gems | Demon Remnant, Moon Crest |
| Ice Queen | Frost Relic(s) + Cash + Gems (difficulty varies) | Ice Core, Frozen Brand |
| Blessed Maiden | Tempest Relic(s) + Cash + Gems (difficulty varies) | Tide Remnant, Gale Essence |
You can get Boss Keys from enemy drops as you play. Boss Tickets are different: they’re rewards from bosses and a currency at the exchange, not a replacement for keys. If you’re short of resources, start with Saber and save the more expensive summons for when you need their particular drops.

Island-specific Sailor Piece bosses: Keys and drops
These Sailor Piece bosses have summon NPCs or prerequisites away from Boss Island. Check the third column before travelling: some require an island puzzle, while others need materials earned from another boss.
| Boss | Island | How to summon | Notable drops |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strongest of Today | Shinjuku | Limitless Key, obtained from Gojo | Reversal Pulse, Six Eye |
| Strongest in History | Shinjuku | Malevolent Key route, from Sukuna | Awakened Cursed Finger, Vessel Ring |
| Rimuru / Slime | Slime Island | Slime Puzzle and Slime Key | Sage Pulse, Tempest Seal |
| Anos / Demon King | Academy Island | Calamity Seal and prerequisite quest | Demonic Fragment, Demonic Shard |
| True Aizen | Soul Island | Chrysalis Sigils | Fusion Ring, Divinity Essence |
| Atomic | Lawless Island | Abyss Sigils | Magic Shard, Shadow Remnant |
| Dante | Dante Island, Sea 2 | Demonic Shards and castle gate | Dante sword and title |
| Spirit Warrior / Goku | Blue Planet | Spirit Summoner, 1–4 Spirit Keys | Spirit Outfit, World Protector title |
| Black Reaper | Isolation Island | Black Reaper Summoner, 1–4 Reaper Keys | Black Shards, Reaper Remnant, Ghoul Outfit |
Black Reaper is summoned on Isolation Island with Reaper Keys dropped by Ghoul Members. Normal costs one, Medium two, Hard three and Extreme four. Harder modes improve the chances of Black Shards, Reaper Remnant and Ghoul cosmetics, but have much higher HP. Our Sea 2 levelling guide explains the six Blood Flowers needed to unlock Isolation Island.
The Goku boss is associated with the Spirit Outfit and World Protector title, not a direct Spirit Warrior fighting-style drop. That style is unlocked through the Empyrean Trainer quest. Dante’s accessory is also earned separately; his summoned boss is for the sword and title.
Sea 2 world bosses: Sailor Piece bosses and timers
The most dangerous timed Sailor Piece bosses appear in Sea 2. Check the world-boss countdown in-game, since the schedule differs between islands. Luffy is a fifteen-minute boss, whereas Frost Empress and King of Heroes V2 have reported five-minute timers.
| Boss | Where to find it | Spawn interval | Notable drops |
|---|---|---|---|
| Luffy | The Sunny (Sea 2) | 15 minutes | Conqueror Shards, Wanted Poster 10%, King of Pirates title |
| Cosmic Being | Punch Island | 15 minutes | Cosmic Essence 8%, Star Mark 4.15%, Cosmic Being Sword 0.485% |
| Sun God | Slayer Island | 15 minutes | Divine Remnant 8%, Flame Pulse 4%, Sun God Sword 0.485% |
| Frost Empress | Frost Island | 5 minutes | Soul Fragment 31.44%, Bankai Essence 3.28%, Frozen Outfit 2.88% |
| King of Heroes V2 | Hero Kingdom | 5 minutes | Gate Fragment and Lapis Core guaranteed; Sword of Rupture 2.62% |
| Lightning Boss | Flying Ship | 10 minutes | Lightning materials, Thunder God title, Golden Staff |
The Luffy Boss is important for Joy Boy and Model Nika’s Giant Fist. His loot includes two to four Conqueror Shards, Wanted Posters at 10%, Conquer Haki Knots at 2%, Armament Haki Splitters at 2% and a rare Egghead Outfit. Our Luffy Boss guide explains The Sunny route, all three enrage phases and the King of Pirates title.
For a Sea 2 farming circuit, you can alternate world-boss fights according to their actual timers. Sailor Piece bosses have different respawn timers. The Lightning Boss on Flying Ship, for example, is tracked on a ten-minute cycle.
Sea Serpent and Kraken in the open sea
Sea Serpent and Kraken are Sailor Piece bosses that spawn in Sea 2’s open water, with appearance mechanics tied to player Bounty. They share a drop pool including Bloodline Stones, Clan Rerolls, Blossom Outfit, Kraken Outfit, Dragon Goddess and the Dragon Queen title. Kraken has higher HP and better reported odds for several rewards.
For those rewards, head out into open water instead of waiting on a boss island. Sea beasts are a different encounter category from the world bosses found at The Sunny or on Slayer Island.
Dungeon, raid and Boss Rush Sailor Piece bosses
Some Sailor Piece bosses only appear after entering an activity. Shadow and Shadow Monarch appear at dungeon wave milestones; Minotaur is a raid encounter, while Infinite Tower and Boss Rush use their own boss rotations and rewards.
| Boss | Mode | Main rewards |
|---|---|---|
| Shadow | Shadow Dungeon, waves 5, 10, 15 | Umbral Capsule, Void Seed, Shadow Essence |
| Shadow Monarch | Double Dungeon, waves 5, 10, 15 | Monarch Core, Monarch Essence, Shadow Crystal |
| Empress | Infinite Tower, boss every 5 floors | Abyssal Empress-related rewards |
| Escanor | Boss Rush | The One title and Escanor route |
| Minotaur | Minotaur Raid | Dual Wielder, Dual Outfit and Celestial Aura |
| Madoka / Dragon Slayer | Boss Rush or Infinite Tower | Mode rewards; not the old standalone event drop table |
Removed or unverified Sailor Piece bosses
Great Mage is no longer a normally spawnable encounter. Its previous Easter Key route, drops and Ancient Mage title are legacy content. Madoka and Dragon Slayer now appear in mode-related tracking rather than as the older standalone events described by some March guides.
The public information for the newer Toji Boss still lacks a verified location, summon cost and direct boss drop list. Until those mechanics are documented, it isn’t worth spending rare resources on an unconfirmed summon recipe.
Sailor Piece bosses: Drop eligibility and pity
Community guides describe a minimum of 10% personal damage to qualify for boss drops. In a crowded public fight, landing a few attacks may not be enough, especially against a high-HP Sea 2 boss. Loot then depends on the individual reward roll and any relevant Luck or difficulty modifiers.
There is no single universal pity count for all Sailor Piece bosses. Gojo’s Honored One title has a published pity of 35, while Black Reaper’s One Eyed King has pity 125. Luffy’s King of Pirates title is reported as guaranteed within 200 defeats. Those title counters aren’t promises of a sword or outfit after the same number of kills.
Which Sailor Piece bosses should you farm first?
Start with Jinwoo or Alucard for early materials, Gojo and Sukuna for summoning keys, and Saber when you’re ready to spend Boss Keys. Once you reach Sea 2, decide what you actually want: Luffy for Joy Boy and Nika materials, Black Reaper for his upgrades, or the world bosses for their rare equipment.
For progression, read our Sea 2 unlock walkthrough, Sailor Piece codes and Gum-Gum Fruit guide. The codes can give you extra resources once you’re level-eligible, but those rewards don’t replace the specific keys or boss materials listed above.
