Steal an Egg Echo’s Memories Quest sends you across the Halloween Dimension to recover four lost things belonging to Echo, a ghost dog. Find Mr. Squeaky the white rabbit toy, his Chewed Bone, Old Collar and Old Photograph. After returning the objects, you’ll receive a Haunted Rod from the Ghost Fisherman and use it to earn a Phantom Express Ticket.
The rabbit is close to the pumpkin altar, while the other keepsakes sit by the swamp, train station and Abandoned Manor. You can collect them in any order. Here’s the route, including the underwater minigame required after the item search.
How to start Steal an Egg Echo’s Memories Quest
Enter the Halloween Dimension through the Spawn portal, near the Trails Shop. Live walkthroughs say that your main pet needs 2.5 million Speed to enter. If you’re below that, check the requirement shown by the portal before looking for Echo, since you cannot collect quest objects from the normal island.
Inside, head diagonally left from Spawn to a witch-hat house with three small tombs and a cauldron. Echo stands outside under a yellow exclamation mark. Talk to him and the Steal an Egg Echo’s Memories Quest counter will appear.
All four lost item locations
The Steal an Egg Echo’s Memories Quest tracker records your pickups. Use the nearby landmarks rather than searching every house; all four objects are small ground items.

Where to find Mr. Squeaky the rabbit toy
Look near the large pumpkin altar by Echo’s witch-hat house. The toy is a small white stuffed rabbit on the ground, not an actual pet or a shop reward. Approach and pick it up to advance the counter.
Where to find the Chewed Bone
Head towards the Phantom Express on the right of the map, then go towards Haunted Swamp. Check the stones beside the riverbank and the nearby pier. The bone is easy to miss against the rocks. For the Steal an Egg Echo’s Memories Quest, finding this one may take more careful looking than the toy.
Where to find the Old Collar
Climb onto the Phantom Express station platform, cross the railway tracks and look at the base of the large tree beyond. The collar isn’t inside the train, so there’s no need to wait for the Phantom Express before picking it up.
Where to find the Old Photograph
Follow the main path to Abandoned Manor. Facing the gate, look left towards two pumpkins beside a pile of rocks. The photograph is behind those decorations. Collect it and check that your Steal an Egg Echo’s Memories Quest progress is complete.
How to get the Haunted Rod and Phantom Express Ticket
Return to Echo and speak to him again. He leads you to his owner, the Ghost Fisherman, at the swamp pier. The fisherman gives you a Haunted Rod. Stand on the glowing marker and cast into the rippling water nearby to begin a short underwater challenge.
You’ll be pulled along by a fish through hazards and mines. Avoid the obstacles and reach the treasure chest at the end. Opening it awards the Phantom Express Ticket. You do not receive the ticket directly for handing in the four lost items.
Once you have the ticket, return to Phantom Express station when the train arrives. It comes around every half-hour and leads to a separate area for ghost-catching and the Spectral Mutation item. That is the final payoff from the Steal an Egg Echo’s Memories Quest chain.
What if Echo’s quest will not finish?
Check your Steal an Egg Echo’s Memories Quest pickup counter. The collar and bone are both near the train, but they’re in different places: one past the tracks, one down by the swamp rocks. If you have four items but no ticket, finish the fishing minigame rather than restarting the search.
