The All Sprite Variants Loot Hack is one of Fortnite’s new Battle Royale choices in the October 15 v42.40 update. It’s aimed at players still trying to fill gaps in their Sprite collection, rather than those looking for another shotgun or healing item in their chests.
For Sprite collectors, the All Sprite Variants Loot Hack is worth considering before spending Dust on another weapon. It changes your possible chest drops, but finding a new form is only half the job: you’ll still need to get it out of the match.
How to activate All Sprite Variants
Open Battle Royale’s Loot Hacks menu and find All Sprite Variants in the October 15 selection. Check the Sprite Dust requirement displayed on the unlock, spend the amount needed and activate the choice for your Personal Loot Pool. It’s separate from choosing an individual Sprite to summon.
After activating the All Sprite Variants Loot Hack, open eligible chests while playing Battle Royale. A chest can still contain other rewards, so don’t expect every box to hold a new Sprite. When you find an unfamiliar form, think about reaching an Extraction Site before taking unnecessary fights.
What types of Sprite variants are there?
The Chapter 7 Season 4 collection includes base Sprites and alternative forms, including Gold, Cheat Master, Loot Hacker and Bounty Hunter variants. Fortnitemares also introduced Trick or Treat forms for eligible families. These aren’t merely cosmetic names in the collector interface: special variants can carry additional effects.
Use the Loot Hacks menu to check the Sprite Dust cost and the active description for All Sprite Variants Loot Hack. If you’re hunting one particular form, look at your collection first so you know what to keep when a chest gives you a choice.
How to keep a variant once you find it
Finding a new Sprite in a chest is only the start. To record it in your collection, you generally need to extract it successfully using an Extraction Site or Portable Extractor. Carrying an unfamiliar variant for part of a match and then losing it is a very different result from banking it.
Before queueing, open your Sprite collection and note what’s missing. During a match, keep a rare new form safe and head towards an Extraction Site or use a Portable Extractor when one is available. Winning another fight is less valuable than banking a Sprite you haven’t collected.
Is this the same as the Loot Hacker Sprite variant?
No, and the names are easy to confuse. A Loot Hacker Sprite is a type of Sprite variant that improves your chance of finding active Loot Hack rewards from chests. The All Sprite Variants Loot Hack is an option you select in the loot-customisation menu.
One is a Sprite you can carry; the other changes possible chest contents. Owning one Loot Hacker Sprite doesn’t automatically activate every Loot Hack, and spending Dust on the All Sprite Variants Loot Hack doesn’t automatically master the Loot Hacker family.
Will it give you all the Halloween variants?
Halloween Trick or Treat Sprites have their own seasonal appearances. The All Sprite Variants Loot Hack broadens your potential chest rewards, but it isn’t a promise that the next chest will contain every seasonal form you need.
That event is useful if the Halloween forms are the ones you’re missing. The All Sprite Variants Loot Hack can sit within your larger collection strategy, but don’t assume it replaces event-specific requirements or turns an ordinary chest into a guaranteed Halloween drop.
How many Loot Hacks can you have active?
The Personal Loot Pool lets you select a limited number of active Loot Hacks, up to five at a time. That’s worth remembering when the new rotation also includes weapons and Slap Splash. You may prefer one Sprite-focused option and several items for your normal loadout.
You can reset and reassign Sprite Dust within the current Loot Hack selection. If you already have your preferred weapons unlocked, putting a slot towards All Sprite Variants Loot Hack makes more sense than sacrificing something you need in every match.
How it helps with Sprite Mastery
The October 15 update also opens the final page of the Sprite Mastery reward track, adding Quack Sprites and a new Pixel Polli style. Unlocking and extracting more Sprites gives collectors more to work with, but finding a variant is not the same thing as mastering it.
To master a Sprite, level it and complete the required extraction process. Quack Sprite has a separate useful effect: when it gains Sprite XP, it grants extra XP to other carried Sprites. The All Sprite Variants Loot Hack helps with possible finds, while Quack and the Mastery track concern progression afterwards.
What if the variants aren’t appearing?
If the variants aren’t appearing, first check that the All Sprite Variants Loot Hack is active, not simply purchased. Then open eligible chests in Battle Royale. The individual chest result is random, so a run without your target isn’t evidence of a broken selection.
If the All Sprite Variants Loot Hack is active but you’re not finding your missing form, continue checking eligible chests and complete extractions with any new Sprites you find. An unsuccessful match doesn’t remove the Loot Hack from the options you’ve unlocked.
