ARC Raiders Locked Gate Security Codes: All Four Printers and How to Open the Gate

ARC Raiders Frozen Trail

ARC Raiders Locked Gate Security Codes unlock Blue Gate’s main checkpoint during the Locked Gate map condition. You need four different codes, one from Raider’s Refuge, Reinforced Reception, Pilgrim’s Peak and Ancient Fort. The puzzle isn’t complete until each code is submitted at its matching Gate Control Room terminal.

Most older walkthroughs now give the wrong collection method. Since Patch 1.22.0, the codes come from Code Printers, not random crates, and extracting with one turns it into an expired item. Here’s the full route.

Start the Locked Gate condition

This puzzle only appears when Locked Gate is active on Blue Gate. In a normal raid, you won’t find the required Code Printers or the same gate-opening objective. The condition runs for up to forty minutes, reduces available return points and disables Raider Hatches. Before launching with a squad, confirm that the map-condition banner is correct and decide who will visit which site. ARC Raiders Locked Gate Security Codes have to be used in the same round, so gathering one now and extracting to finish tomorrow is not possible.

ARC Raiders Locked Gate Security Codes: Raider’s Refuge: northwestern code

Go to Raider’s Refuge in the northwest of Blue Gate and locate the active Code Printer among the area’s buildings. Interact with it to receive the Raider’s Refuge Security Code. Older guides send players through lootable containers because that was the original collection method, but Patch 1.22.0 moved codes to the printer interaction. Buried Mines can surround these sites, so keep an eye on the ground as you close in. The code has its own corresponding gate terminal; grabbing a second copy of another code won’t replace this one.

Reinforced Reception: northern code

Find Reinforced Reception in the north of the map and use its Code Printer for the Reinforced Reception Security Code. You don’t need to visit the Gate Control Room between every pickup, although depositing a code early can be safer when hostile Raiders are nearby. ARC Raiders Locked Gate Security Codes are independent items, so a teammate can carry the reception code while you head for the fortress or Pilgrim’s Peak. Check the exact name in your inventory before planning which terminal each player should use.

Pilgrim’s Peak: northeastern code

Head to Pilgrim’s Peak in the northeast for its matching Code Printer. This area may be guarded by Rocketeers, so approach with cover and avoid standing in the open while someone else operates the machine. A Pilgrim’s Peak Security Code doesn’t open the ordinary Communication Tower Key basement door; that’s a different permanent room key. ARC Raiders Locked Gate Security Codes are temporary access items for the four-terminal main gate puzzle, not loot-room keys that work on an unrelated door.

Ancient Fort: southern code

The last printer is in the Ancient Fort in the southern part of Blue Gate. Interact to obtain its Ancient Fort Security Code. The fort lies away from the three northern sites, so many groups send one player south while teammates handle the others. The codes can be collected in any order. ARC Raiders Locked Gate Security Codes only matter once submitted to the correct computer, which is why someone can gather a code but the main gate will still show incomplete until they make it to the control room.

ARC Raiders Locked Gate Security Codes: Submit all four at Gate Control Room

Head to the central Checkpoint and enter the Gate Control Room. Four terminals correspond to Raider’s Refuge, Reinforced Reception, Pilgrim’s Peak and Ancient Fort. Each player submits the code matching its labelled terminal, consuming that item. Once all four have registered, the main gate opens and your team can access the secured underground area. Some side entrances unlock with the gate as well, following the changes made in Patch 1.22.0. You don’t need one person to carry all four simultaneously: different Raiders can contribute to the same unlocked gate.

Why your code cannot be used

If you extracted carrying an unused code, it becomes an Expired Security Code with no use. If you’re in a normal Blue Gate raid, the condition-specific printers aren’t active. And if a terminal won’t take your item, read the location on both the code and the terminal rather than trying the other three. ARC Raiders Locked Gate Security Codes also can’t be replaced by normal Cellar, Village or Confiscation Room Keys. Those unlock their own doors; they don’t satisfy a checkpoint computer.

Looting safely after the gate opens

Another squad may already be searching the underground rooms by the time your team finishes the terminals. Decide on an extraction before you go in, because Locked Gate disables the Raider Hatch option and offers fewer normal return points. Check the raid timer after the fourth submission. ARC Raiders Locked Gate Security Codes are only the entrance puzzle, not a guarantee of safe passage or a fixed blueprint reward. Carry enough healing for the return trip rather than filling every slot with loot before you know how you’ll leave.
