Marvel Rivals Infinity Finale: Free Thor Skin, Rewards and Dates

Marvel Rivals Infinity Finale

Marvel Rivals Infinity Finale starts on October 9, 2026, bringing up to 24 Avengers-themed rewards to Season 10.5. The big prize is Thor’s The Avengers costume, which you can unlock for free by completing event quests. Black Panther and Doctor Strange also get costumes inspired by Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Infinity War, alongside matching cosmetics.

There’s more to the update than the costume event. Players can jump into a new Infinity War battle mode, earn an Infinity Gauntlet accessory and pick up two limited-time rewards in Times Square. The events have different objectives and end dates, and the Times Square bonuses disappear first. It’s worth knowing which activity unlocks which reward before diving into your matches.

Marvel Rivals Infinity Finale dates and UK times

NetEase lists the event window as October 9 at 09:00 UTC to December 10 at 09:00 UTC. In the UK that’s 10:00 a.m. BST on October 9 and 9:00 a.m. GMT on December 10, after the clocks change. The end time is global, not a regional midnight reset.

Season 10.5 maintenance also starts at 09:00 UTC on October 9, and is expected to last around two hours. If the event panel isn’t accessible at the advertised start time, the game may still be offline for the update. Check that you’re on the latest client before trying again.

How to get the free Thor skin in Marvel Rivals Infinity Finale

To unlock Thor’s The Avengers costume, enter the Infinity Finale event after updating to Season 10.5 and complete its quests. Thor is a free event reward, so you don’t need to buy his costume from the store. Look for the Thor reward in the event track, then use the quests shown there to follow your progress.

You can work towards Thor throughout the event, which runs until December 10 at 09:00 UTC. If you only have a few sessions to play, check the remaining requirements when you log in and claim completed rewards as you go. The game shows the individual objectives and reward milestones in its event interface.

Marvel Rivals Infinity Finale rewards: Thor, Doctor Strange and Black Panther

Marvel Rivals Infinity Finale offers up to 24 rewards, with three Avengers costumes leading the event. Thor wears his The Avengers look, while Black Panther and Doctor Strange receive outfits based on Avengers: Infinity War. Their matching bundle cosmetics are also part of the event’s reward selection.

Thor’s outfit is the one you can earn free by completing quests. The Black Panther and Doctor Strange costumes are separate rewards, so check their individual unlock options in Infinity Finale before spending Units or other event currency. The event also includes smaller cosmetic rewards alongside the headline costumes, giving you something to work towards beyond the three outfits.

If you’re playing mainly for Thor, concentrate on the quests connected to his reward rather than assuming every Avengers-themed activity contributes to it. The new Infinity War mode has its own mission rewards, including the Gauntlet, and Times Square has two completely separate collectibles.

Marvel Rivals Infinity Finale vs Path to Doomsday: Avengers Infinity War

These are separate activities even though they launch together. Infinity Finale is the seasonal quest reward event. Path to Doomsday – Avengers: Infinity War is the new PvP mode, where 12 players split into six pairs and fight opposing pairs to collect all six Infinity Stones. The mode is scheduled to run until December 11 at 09:00 UTC, one day after the seasonal event ends.

You also earn the Infinity Gauntlet accessory through objectives in the new mode. NetEase corrected its original patch notes to clarify that the accessory is free and not a store purchase. If the accessory is your goal, check Path to Doomsday mission progress rather than looking through the Infinity Finale cosmetic rewards.

October 22 Times Square rewards alongside Marvel Rivals Infinity Finale

The previous Infinity War Times Square rewards expired October 22 at 09:00 UTC. Watching the screening for two uninterrupted minutes awarded the original Infinity War Gallery Card. That card is different from the currently available Avengers: Endgame Gallery Card.

The other expired activity was the NPC group photo outside the Avengers’ Gift Shop, which awarded the Avengers Emblem Spray and 100 Units. The replacement Endgame photo activity can award another 100 Units, and its two-minute screening awards a different card. Our current Times Square photo guide explains how to claim them.

More Season 10.5 rewards to claim

Angela’s Will of Galacta costume and matching items are offered through a new Twitch Drops campaign from October 9 at 12:00 UTC until November 6 at 09:00 UTC. Twitch progress isn’t the same as completing Marvel Rivals Infinity Finale quests; it uses connected streaming rewards and has its own claim process.

Outside Marvel Rivals Infinity Finale, Season 10.5 also adds Alchemax Headquarters to the 18v18 mode, two new lore entries for Thor and Spider-Man, and Jeff the Land Shark’s Razor-Tooth outfit as the Gold-tier ranked reward. These are worthwhile additions, but none changes the free Thor requirement within Infinity Finale.

The old Infinity War Gallery Card and spray are no longer available through those October activities. Marvel Rivals Infinity Finale still offers its separate free Thor costume until December, while the Endgame 50-player PvE mode starts October 24 and offers a free Captain America costume. The two outfits have different unlock requirements; the Endgame fight also does not replace Infinity War’s 2v2 mode.
