FNCS Solos Round 2 takes place after the two-day opening qualifier and dramatically cuts the field before the decisive Round 3.
Qualifier 1 Round 2 is scheduled for October 3, while Qualifier 2 Round 2 takes place on October 10. FNCS Solos Round 2 is part of Epic’s standalone 2026 Battle Royale Solos tournament that begins immediately after the Global Championship.
Who Can Play FNCS Solos Round 2
Round 2 is open to players who advanced through the Round 1 regional cutoff plus players who hold Epic’s automatic Power Ranking qualification into Round 2.
Players using the automatic route should not enter Round 1 unless they are prepared to give up that automatic spot and qualify normally.
FNCS Solos Round 2 Match Limit and Scoring
Round 2 lasts approximately three hours and allows up to 11 matches. Placement follows the main Solos table, while each elimination is worth two points.
Only matches that begin before the session closes count, so late queues can cost a player an available game.
How Many Players Advance From FNCS Solos Round 2?
The advancement rule is the same in every region: the top 1,000 players on the Round 2 leaderboard qualify for Round 3.
This is different from Round 1, where Europe and NAC receive larger region-specific advancement thresholds.
| Stage | Advancement |
|---|---|
| Round 2 | Top 1,000 per region to Round 3 |
What Happens After FNCS Solos Round 2
Round 3 is another single three-hour session with up to 11 matches. Its outcome depends on the qualifier: Qualifier 1 sends 100 players to Fast Track, while Qualifier 2 sends 108 to Heats.
That makes Round 2 the final large-field filter before players reach the event’s more specialised Finals qualification routes.
Players should use the live Compete tab as the final operational source for FNCS Solos Round 2 session times. Epic’s rules describe the tournament structure, while the event tile reflects region-specific start times and any late scheduling changes.
MFA is required and players must meet Epic’s minimum age requirement. The event is cross-platform, but every competitor plays the same Battle Royale Solos ruleset regardless of whether they use PC, console or an eligible mobile platform.
Another important detail for FNCS Solos Round 2 is the one-region rule. Once a player participates in a Qualifier Round 1 or Round 2 session in a region, Epic locks that account to the same region for the remaining Solos stages.
The qualifier format is deliberately cumulative in Round 1: Day 1 and Day 2 points are added together. Later stages use their own session leaderboard, so advancing once does not carry old points into the next round.
For FNCS Solos Round 2, missing the queue cutoff can matter as much as raw points. Epic states that only matches beginning before the session window closes count, and fixed-lobby stages can treat a missed scheduled match as a last-place finish with zero eliminations.
