What Is the Fortnite Mobile Series 2026?
The Fortnite Mobile Series 2026 is a dedicated Fortnite competition created specifically for mobile touch players.
It is separate from FNCS, the Reload Elite Series and Fortnite’s console tournaments. Instead of allowing competitors across PC, console and mobile, the Mobile Series has its own mobile and input eligibility requirements.
The series includes online qualification events before the strongest competitors progress towards the final in-person Championship.
Mobile Series competition has its own:
- Device requirements
- Touch input restrictions
- Ranked eligibility
- Regional qualification
- Tournament stages
- Prize opportunities
- Championship pathway
The Mobile Series therefore provides mobile players with a complete competitive route rather than a handful of isolated cups.
Fortnite Mobile Series 2026 Schedule
The Fortnite Mobile Series 2026 schedule runs across several stages before reaching the October Championship.
Online qualifying, including the September Last Chance Qualifier and Group Stage, has already taken place. The next major event is the October 24–25 Championship at BLAST Studios in Copenhagen, where the 16 finalists play Reload Solos.
| Mobile Series stage | Date |
|---|---|
| Online qualification | Throughout the 2026 season |
| Last Chance Qualifier | September 5 to 6, 2026 |
| Group Stage | September 2026 |
| Mobile Series Championship | October 24 to 25, 2026 |
Individual tournament start times vary between Fortnite competitive regions, so players should check the Compete tab for their exact regional session time.
Fortnite Mobile Series Championship 2026
The Fortnite Mobile Series 2026 Championship takes place on October 24 and October 25 at BLAST Studios in Copenhagen, Denmark, with 16 competitors playing Reload Solos on LAN. Epic’s event listing confirms that eliminations and placement both contribute to the championship leaderboard.
The top 16 Fortnite Mobile players worldwide will compete across two days, earning points from placement and eliminations. The winner will be the first player to score a Victory Royale after starting a match above the Match Point threshold. If nobody meets that condition, the final points leaderboard decides the Champion.
This is an in-person Championship rather than another online regional event.
Fortnite Mobile Series Championship 2026 Prize Money
Epic’s official October 16 Championship rules put $200,000 on the line across the final 16 players. The winner takes $50,000, second earns $30,000 and third receives $20,000. The full $1 million figure advertised for Fortnite Mobile Series 2026 covers the wider circuit, not the Copenhagen final alone.
| Final placement | Prize (USD) |
|---|---|
| 1st | $50,000 |
| 2nd | $30,000 |
| 3rd | $20,000 |
| 4th | $16,000 |
| 5th | $14,000 |
| 6th | $12,000 |
| 7th | $10,000 |
| 8th | $9,000 |
| 9th | $8,000 |
| 10th | $7,000 |
| 11th | $6,000 |
| 12th | $5,000 |
| 13th | $4,000 |
| 14th | $3,500 |
| 15th | $3,000 |
| 16th | $2,500 |
Each placement has its own prize amount, so even the player finishing 16th has a listed $2,500 award, subject to Epic’s eligibility and prize-verification rules. Epic’s official Championship rules include the complete breakdown in Attachment C.
How the Match Point Format Works at Copenhagen
The Championship isn’t decided by points alone. Epic’s new Match Point rule means a player who starts a match above the Match Point threshold and then wins that match takes the Championship immediately, even if someone else has more total points.
Day 1 allows up to 12 matches, with scores carrying into Day 2. Before Day 2 begins, Epic sets the Match Point threshold at 150% of the leader’s Day 1 score, with the threshold fixed for Day 2. The threshold stays fixed for the rest of the tournament. A Victory Royale is worth 25 points and each elimination adds two points, with placement points also awarded down to 16th.
Day 2 has a scheduled 12 matches. If no player has won through Match Point by then, the tournament may continue for up to three overtime games, but only when at least two players have crossed the threshold. If the Match Point winner still hasn’t been found, Epic uses the final overall points leaderboard to decide the Champion. The format can therefore finish with fewer than the maximum 27 matches.
| Finishing position | Points |
|---|---|
| Victory Royale | 25 |
| 2nd | 22 |
| 3rd | 20 |
| 4th | 18 |
| 5th | 16 |
| 6th | 14 |
| 7th | 12 |
| 8th | 10 |
| 9th | 8 |
| 10th | 7 |
| 11th | 6 |
| 12th | 5 |
| 13th | 4 |
| 14th | 3 |
| 15th | 2 |
| 16th | 1 |
| Each elimination | 2 |
Fortnite Mobile Series 2026 Qualified Players
The final Championship field contains 16 players. Epic’s official Mobile Series LAN event page confirms the October 24–25 dates, Reload Solos format and BLAST Studios venue. It does not currently present a complete publicly visible registered-finalist list, so the player names below should be checked against official records before treating them as final.
Qualified Players and Duos
The Championship features 16 players, with its official qualification standings and registration determining the final field. The player tracker above may show entrants as tournament records are added; Epic’s event page remains the place to verify eligibility and competition details.
How Does Fortnite Mobile Series 2026 Qualification Work?
Epic updated the Fortnite Mobile Series 2026 qualification format during the season.
Players who had already qualified during previous Mobile Series months retained their positions, with 11 Solo players per region from earlier months advancing into the September Group Stage.
From June onward, the revised qualification pathway uses:
- Open Round 1
- Open Round 2
- Heats
- Qualifier
- September Group Stage
- Championship qualification
The top three players per region from each Qualifier progress to the September Group Stage.
This gives players multiple stages to navigate before reaching the final Championship field.
Fortnite Mobile Series Has Moved to Reload
The Fortnite Mobile Series 2026 now uses Reload rather than Blitz.
Epic says competition takes place on the mini-Venture map using Reload game rules and its Loot Pool.
That creates a faster competitive environment than traditional Battle Royale, with more frequent fights and Reload mechanics affecting how players approach each match.
Strong Mobile Series players need to manage:
- Fast engagements
- Reload mechanics
- Smaller rotations
- Positioning
- Loot management
- Placement
- Eliminations
- Tournament consistency
The switch to Reload gives the Mobile Series its own identity within Fortnite competitive.
Is Fortnite Mobile Series 2026 Touch-Only?
Yes.
The Fortnite Mobile Series 2026 is specifically for mobile touch-only players.
Input method is therefore an important part of tournament eligibility.
Players should make sure their device and controls satisfy the active competition rules before attempting to enter.
Can You Use a Controller in Fortnite Mobile Series?
The Mobile Series is a touch-only competition, so players should not assume using an external controller will be permitted.
Tournament eligibility is based on the Mobile Series rules rather than what Fortnite allows during ordinary matches.
Before competing, check:
- Supported device
- Touch input requirements
- External controller restrictions
- Account eligibility
- Tournament region
Using an ineligible input method could prevent access to the tournament.
What Rank Do You Need for Fortnite Mobile Series 2026?
Rank requirements can vary between Mobile Series events and stages.
Players should check the active tournament tile because eligibility can include a combination of Ranked status and other competitive requirements.
These can include:
- Required rank
- Account eligibility
- Age
- MFA
- Mobile device
- Touch input
- Region
- Previous-round qualification
A high Fortnite rank by itself does not guarantee access to every stage of the Fortnite Mobile Series 2026.
Fortnite Mobile Series Last Chance Qualifier
The Fortnite Mobile Series Last Chance Qualifier takes place on September 5 and September 6, 2026.
This provides another important qualification opportunity before the final stages of the Mobile Series.
The Last Chance Qualifier is now over. The remaining headline event is the October 24–25 Championship, not another September qualification weekend.
Fortnite Mobile Series Group Stage
The September Group Stage brings together players who qualified through earlier Mobile Series events and the revised qualification pathway.
Epic confirms that the 11 Solo players per region who had already qualified during earlier months retain their Group Stage positions. Additional competitors can join them through the newer Reload Qualifiers.
The Group Stage is therefore one of the most important points in the Fortnite Mobile Series 2026 qualification process.
Fortnite Mobile Series 2026 Prize Pool
The Fortnite Mobile Series 2026 prize pool is $1 million across the wider series.
That figure should not be confused with a $1 million Championship-only prize pool.
Prize opportunities are spread across the Mobile Series, including competitive events and Mobile Victory Cups.
Exact Championship payouts should be checked once Epic confirms the final Championship-specific prize distribution.
Fortnite Mobile Victory Cups
Mobile players can also compete in Solo Mobile Victory Cups.
Epic confirms that players can earn cash for Victory Royales in these events, providing another prize opportunity alongside the main Mobile Series qualification route.
Victory Cups remain separate from the qualification pathway leading to the Mobile Series Championship.
Fortnite Mobile Series 2026 Rewards
The Fortnite Mobile Series 2026 also includes cosmetic rewards.
Epic confirms that players can earn a back bling by scoring 10 points in the Round stage, while top regional players can earn a pickaxe.
These cosmetics are separate from prize money and Championship qualification.

- Check your eligibility.

Players attempting to reach the Championship must progress through the relevant qualification stages.
Why Is Fortnite Mobile Series Locked?
The Fortnite Mobile Series 2026 can appear locked when an account does not meet one or more requirements.
Possible causes include:
- Unsupported mobile device
- Incorrect input method
- Rank requirement not met
- MFA not enabled
- Event has not started
- Event has already ended
- Wrong matchmaking region
- Previous-round qualification required
- Account eligibility restriction
The active tournament tile should identify whether an eligibility requirement is preventing entry.
Is Fortnite Mobile Series Solos?
Yes.
The Fortnite Mobile Series 2026 is a Solo competition, including the final 16-player Championship.
Players qualify individually rather than as part of a Duo.
That separates the Mobile Series from FNCS and the Reload Elite Series, which use Duos in their major 2026 competitions.
Fortnite Mobile Series Scoring
The final Mobile Series Championship awards points for placement and eliminations, with the highest-scoring player after the two-day competition becoming champion.
Earlier rounds can use their own tournament scoring and match limits.
Before each Mobile Series event, players should check:
- Placement points
- Elimination points
- Match limit
- Session duration
- Advancement requirement
- Tiebreakers
Tournament strategy can change significantly depending on how heavily placement and eliminations are weighted.
Fortnite Mobile Series vs FNCS
The Fortnite Mobile Series 2026 is separate from FNCS.
| Feature | Fortnite Mobile Series | FNCS |
|---|---|---|
| Platform focus | Mobile | Wider competitive ecosystem |
| Input | Touch-only | Event-specific |
| Format | Solos | Duos |
| Current gameplay | Reload | Battle Royale |
| Championship | Mobile Series Championship | Global Championship |
| Championship location | Copenhagen | Antwerp |
| Championship dates | October 24 to 25 | September 26 to 27 |
Success in the Mobile Series does not automatically provide FNCS qualification.
Fortnite Mobile Series vs Reload Elite Series
Both competitions now use Reload-style gameplay, but they are separate competitive circuits.
The Fortnite Mobile Series 2026 is a Solo touch-only competition culminating with 16 players in Copenhagen.
The Reload Elite Series uses Duos and culminates with a 40-team international Championship in Paris.
Each has its own qualification system and Championship.
Fortnite Mobile Series 2026 Results
Official Mobile Series results can be followed through Fortnite Competitive leaderboards.
Results can include:

- Region

- Points
- Qualification status
Championship qualification should only be treated as confirmed once the official standings have settled.
How to Watch Fortnite Mobile Series Championship 2026
The Fortnite Mobile Series Championship 2026 will take place over two days at BLAST Studios in Copenhagen.
Epic’s official championship event page confirms October 24–25 at BLAST Studios. The schedule should be checked there for exact regional session times rather than assuming a broadcast hour.
Epic’s official Mobile Series LAN page provides the event schedule in the viewer’s selected region. For video coverage, start with Fortnite Competitive on YouTube and Fortnite’s official Twitch channel; individual broadcast sessions have not been confirmed by Epic’s current event listing.
When Is the Fortnite Mobile Series Championship Winner Decided?
The first Mobile Series Champion will be crowned on October 25, 2026, either through a qualifying Match Point victory or, if no player earns one, the final points standings.
The Match Point format can crown a player before the full match limit. If nobody secures a qualifying Victory Royale, Epic uses the total-points standings to decide the winner.
Fortnite Mobile Series 2026 Prize Payments: What Epic Has Said
Some Mobile Series competitors are still waiting for prizes from earlier 2026 cups. Epic acknowledges the delay in its official support notice and says it is working to process the awards.
According to Epic, affected players will receive an email linked to their Epic Games account once prize details have been processed. They can also sign into the Fortnite Competitive Prizes Dashboard to check whether anything is ready to claim. The support article does not provide a promised payment date, so there is no specific day to mark on your calendar.
The $200,000 Copenhagen Championship prize pool is a separate prize allocation set out in Epic’s October 16 LAN rules. As with other competitive cash prizes, eligibility and payment verification apply.
