If you remember the Peril Peak Mali Outfit and accessories from Override, that’s the previous gifting offer. Treasure Hunters brings a different bonus. Here’s how to send a pass, which account rules apply and what to check before spending any money.
Fortnite Gift Battle Pass Reward for November 2026
The Fortnite Gift Battle Pass Reward gives each player the Dark Kawaii Team Leader style. It’s an extra style for an Outfit, not a whole new Outfit for each account. You don’t have to choose who receives it: both the sender and the recipient qualify when the gift goes through.
Treasure Hunters begins on Sunday, November 1 at 2 PM GMT. Its Battle Pass includes Ace and Nico Robin from One Piece, alongside new anime looks for Jonesy, Cuddle Team Leader and Charlotte. The gifting bonus is an additional cosmetic offer.
How to get the Fortnite Gift Battle Pass Reward
Use the Battle Pass gifting option inside Fortnite to get the Fortnite Gift Battle Pass Reward. Epic’s support instructions take you through it:
- Launch Fortnite and open the Battle Passes tab.
- Select Get the Battle Pass if you do not already own it.
- Choose Gift Battle Pass on the right side.
- Select the friend receiving the gift.
- Complete the payment for the gift voucher using real money.
Your friend needs to sign in to receive the pass. Check their Epic display name carefully before you pay: Epic doesn’t refund gifts sent to the wrong person. When you gift the Treasure Hunters pass successfully, both accounts receive the bonus style.
Battle Pass gifting requirements
Before you can send the gift, your account needs two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled and must be at least Account Level 2. The recipient must have been on your friends list for at least two days. Fortnite also limits you to five gifts per rolling 24-hour period. These are Epic’s current gifting requirements.
Battle Pass gifts are bought with real money, not V-Bucks. If the friend already owns the pass, you won’t be able to send them a second copy. Epic also switches pass gifting off towards the end of a season.
Do both players get the Fortnite Gift Battle Pass Reward?
Yes, both players get it. Epic specifically lists the Dark Kawaii Team Leader style for the sender and recipient of a Treasure Hunters Battle Pass gift. It isn’t something that gets taken from one account to give to the other, and buying a regular Shop Outfit won’t trigger this offer.
This Fortnite Gift Battle Pass Reward doesn’t add a free Luffy or Zoro Outfit. Luffy, Nami and Usopp arrive in the Shop on November 1, followed by Zoro and Sanji on November 7. Ace and Robin are included in the Battle Pass.
What happened to the Peril Peak Mali reward?
During Chapter 7 Season 4, the Override gifting offer awarded Peril Peak Mali and matching accessories to both players. The Override Battle Pass ends November 1, so that was the previous season’s reward.

What if the gift option or reward is missing?
Start with your 2FA setting, account level and how long you’ve been Epic friends. If everything checks out and the gifting button still isn’t there, Epic suggests trying a different 2FA method. Gifting is also switched off near the end of the season.
If you’ve already paid but your friend can’t see their gift, ask them to sign in. You can also return to the Passes tab, choose the pass and use Epic’s resend process for a gift that hasn’t been delivered.
When does the new Fortnite Gift Battle Pass Reward start?
The Fortnite Gift Battle Pass Reward changes for the new Treasure Hunters pass when the season launches on November 1 at 2 PM GMT. The Dark Kawaii Team Leader style is the newly announced bonus for gifting that pass, while Peril Peak Mali belongs to Override.
