The event runs across Battlefield 6 multiplayer and REDSEC, but the new European Casino map isn’t available in REDSEC. Here’s how the Contracts and rewards work, and what you’ll need to check when the event goes live.
When does Battlefield 6 Casino Heist start?
Battlefield 6 Casino Heist begins on Tuesday, November 10 with the second phase of Season 5. The same update adds European Casino, a new infantry multiplayer map. EA has not given an exact worldwide launch hour or a final closing time for the event in the official November preview, so the in-game countdown is the place to check.
Casino Heist is temporary. European Casino itself is a separate multiplayer map, while the limited-time event runs across Battlefield 6 and REDSEC. The shared release date doesn’t mean all event tasks are available in every map and mode.
How to earn DOUGH in Battlefield 6 Casino Heist
The core loop is simple. Pick up a Contract from a defeated enemy, read the task it gives you and complete it for DOUGH. EA’s examples include taking control points, reviving teammates and exploring the European Casino map. You can keep playing the match while working on that extra objective.
Spend your DOUGH on items in the Casino Heist collection. Once you’ve claimed every standard reward, you’ll unlock one last challenge for a bonus item. In other words, filling the collection isn’t the final step. There’s an extra task to complete afterwards.
- Play an eligible Battlefield 6 or REDSEC playlist during the event.
- Collect Contracts that defeated enemies drop.
- Complete the task on a Contract to earn DOUGH.
- Spend DOUGH in the Casino Heist reward collection.
- Collect all the regular rewards to unlock the bonus challenge.

What are the Casino Heist rewards?
The confirmed Battlefield 6 Casino Heist rewards include weapon packages, vehicle skins and new Heist Mask soldier skins. They’re earned through the event’s DOUGH collection. Claim all its standard items and a separate bonus challenge becomes available.
EA hasn’t released a full list of reward names or DOUGH prices. Check the collection screen on 10 November rather than relying on a chart that borrows costs from a different event.
Can you play Battlefield 6 Casino Heist in REDSEC?
Yes. Battlefield 6 Casino Heist is an event shared by multiplayer and REDSEC. But the European Casino map is a Battlefield 6 multiplayer map, not a REDSEC location. That is an important restriction if a Contract asks you to explore the casino.
Choose Contracts that are actually available in your playlist. A multiplayer map-specific objective shouldn’t be treated as something you can complete in REDSEC. EA’s preview doesn’t say that every Contract appears in both games.
Is DOUGH the same as other event currencies?
No. DOUGH is specifically for Battlefield 6 Casino Heist. It’s different from paid Battlefield Coins and from the Semiconductors and CEC Credits used by the earlier Dead Space Convergence event. Those old currency totals don’t apply here.
When the event opens, check the price of each unclaimed reward and your DOUGH balance. That will tell you how many Contracts you still need without guessing an exchange rate.
Is Casino Heist a permanent mode?
EA calls Battlefield 6 Casino Heist a limited-time event. The European Casino map, NSW4 Carbine, ADS-17 Signal Jammer and M142 MRAS truck also arrive in Phase 2, but they’re separate additions to the game rather than prizes bought with DOUGH.
Multiplayer Leaderboards and weapon-balancing changes are part of the same November update. You don’t need to complete those features to collect Casino Heist rewards.
What to do on November 10
On launch day, open the Casino Heist event page, check the active Contracts and reward prices, then concentrate on tasks you can complete in the mode you’re already playing. Don’t forget to check the event’s end date in-game before saving up currency.
