Fortnite Captain’s Day November 7 brings Lil Uzi Vert and Cuddle Team Leader to a new fort on Crossbones Isle. Epic also says Buggy and Megalodon will arrive on the island, alongside more weapons and Sprites. The second Captain’s Day takes place on Saturday, 7 November 2026.
The event has a confirmed date and several named arrivals. What it doesn’t have yet is a published start hour, a marked fort location or a confirmed Lil Uzi boss fight. Here’s what the Fortnite Captain’s Day November 7 announcement tells us before Saturday.
What happens during Fortnite Captain’s Day November 7?
Epic says Lil Uzi and Cuddle Team Leader will claim a fort of their own. Buggy and Megalodon are also set to make an appearance, with new weapons and strange new Sprites. These are changes to Battle Royale on Crossbones Isle, not simply a second wave of Item Shop cosmetics.
Epic hasn’t described a Lil Uzi boss fight or a special weapon drop. A$AP Rocky has a boss encounter aboard his ship, but that doesn’t mean the new fort will follow the same rules. Any fight instructions will need to come from the live update.
What time does Fortnite Captain’s Day November 7 start?
Epic has confirmed the date but not the time. Its announcement gives 9 AM ET, or 2 PM GMT, for the November 1 season launch. It doesn’t state that the November 7 update begins at that hour, and there is no official 7 PM GMT time for this specific Captain’s Day.
For players in the UK, Europe, the US and elsewhere, the date is the useful confirmed detail. Check Fortnite’s in-game news for the rollout time instead of trusting a countdown based on the November 1 launch.
Where is Lil Uzi Vert’s new fort?
The fort is a confirmed addition for Fortnite Captain’s Day November 7, but its location isn’t published in the official notes as of Wednesday, 4 November. The name and layout also haven’t been revealed. A location guide needs the actual updated map, not a marker placed on an existing screenshot.
Our Crossbones Isle map guide shows the existing island. Once the new fort appears on November 7, its actual position can be checked against that map. For now, avoid landing at a location somebody has guessed on social media.
Are Cursed Sprites included on November 7?
Yes. Epic separately dates the Cursed Sprite variant to November 7. It increases the chance of finding rare Sprite variants, but causes water to damage you. That makes choosing one more of a trade-off on an island full of waterways.
The Cursed Sprites release date guide covers how this differs from Fortune Sprites, which reveal nearby Chests. Exact rare-variant odds, water damage and the number of obtainable Cursed forms haven’t been confirmed. Fortnite Captain’s Day November 7 is the date to check for their actual availability.
What about Buggy and Megalodon?
Both are named in Epic’s November 7 plans, but the official notes don’t explain whether Megalodon will be a boss, vehicle or another type of island encounter. Buggy’s arrival also shouldn’t be confused with his separate Item Shop date.
Buggy’s cosmetic Outfit is scheduled for November 13, not Fortnite Captain’s Day November 7. The week-two island content and the Shop release are two different things. There is no official map marker for either character in the November 4 announcement.
What skins arrive on November 7?
Zoro and Sanji Outfits and the Chopper Sidekick are due in the Item Shop on November 7. Lil Uzi Vert’s Outfit follows on November 12, with Buggy on November 13. These are purchases, separate from Battle Royale features available to players without buying the cosmetics.
Our One Piece Shop guide lists the relevant characters and dates. Don’t buy an Outfit expecting it to unlock a fort encounter, additional Sprites or a better chance at a reward.
Will there be a second Map Fragment?
Epic says a new mysterious Map Fragment is due with each Captain’s Day. The first was linked to A$AP Rocky’s ship, so another is expected with Fortnite Captain’s Day November 7. But the next fragment’s position is not confirmed yet.
There’s no reason to assume the second fragment will be inside Lil Uzi’s fort. Our map fragments tracker covers the collection and will remain the place to check once a location is verified.
What happens after Fortnite Captain’s Day November 7?
Further Captain’s Days are scheduled for November 12, 14 and 21. The Gold Sprite variant is dated November 12. Hatsune Miku and Kasane Teto are due to take over a resort on November 14, while Oscar arrives with a ship and the Frenzy Auto Shotgun on November 21.
The next Fortnite Captain’s Day November 7 update brings confirmed new characters, a fort and Cursed Sprites. For the later dates, use our Captain’s Days schedule. Exact locations and rewards can be added when the update is live, rather than sending players on a hunt based on rumours.
