Tower Defense Simulator Solar Requiem Shards: Best Farming Modes and Battle Pass Rewards

Tower Defense Simulator Solar Requiem Night 2

Tower Defense Simulator Solar Requiem Shards are the Halloween Battle Pass currency in Roblox Tower Defense Simulator. It takes 21,655 Shards to finish all 40 pass levels. Enemies drop the currency when they die, but you need to move near the pickups to collect them. You can farm Shards in normal modes and event nights, then unlock rewards on the free track or the 399-Robux premium track.

Voidcore offers 1,800 Shards over a complete run, but that only helps if your team can clear it. Fallen pays 525 and Frost pays 650, so either may be a stronger choice when you can reliably finish. The table below compares every listed mode, and the reward breakdown explains what the free and premium Battle Pass tracks contain.

How to get Tower Defense Simulator Solar Requiem Shards

Defeated enemies leave pickups on the path. Walk close enough to collect them; a tower getting the kill doesn’t collect that currency for you. The drops aren’t all worth one Shard: the amount credited depends on the mode and wave, with later waves giving more.

To earn Tower Defense Simulator Solar Requiem Shards, pick a mode you can survive, establish your early defence and collect the drops after busy waves. Keep enough cash for upgrades before the next rush. Later waves contribute more Shards, so an ordinary mode you can finish is often worth more than a harder one where you lose early.

Best modes for farming Tower Defense Simulator Solar Requiem Shards

The following figures come from the official Tower Defense Simulator Wiki’s Solar Requiem entry. They describe the total Tower Defense Simulator Solar Requiem Shards available over a full run, assuming players make it through the mode and collect the drops.

Mode Shards in a complete run
Easy 75
Casual 150
Intermediate 275
Molten 375
Badlands II 500
Fallen 525
Pizza Party 550
Frost 650
Polluted Wasteland II 750
Challenge Trials 800
Hardcore 900
Voidcore 1,800
Night I Easy (Sorrowful Remains) 75
Night I Hard (Sorrowful Remains) 150
Night II Easy (Nightmare Flash) 100
Night II Hard (Nightmare Flash) 200

All the Tower Defense Simulator Solar Requiem Shards totals above assume a complete run and collected drops. The best farming mode depends on how reliably you win and how long the match takes. Try two or three clears, compare Shards earned per minute, and use the option you can repeat. Voidcore has the highest ceiling, but it isn’t automatically the best farm for everyone.

How to farm more efficiently with your towers

Choose a mode you can finish with your current towers. Cover the early waves, then invest in damage for the later enemies, which provide more Shards. If you’re losing at the same point each time, adjust your upgrade order or farm a lower difficulty until your team is stronger.

When farming Tower Defense Simulator Solar Requiem Shards with friends, agree who handles early defence and who saves for the heavy waves. You don’t need everyone placing expensive damage towers at once. Once the lane is secure, gather the currency along the route and get back to upgrades before the next wave.

The Solar Requiem Night II Easy and Hard guide has player-tested options for that chapter. Night III is now live with 25 waves on Poor Recollection, so its route needs a different defence. The Night II setups aren’t guaranteed to work there.

Night III Poor Recollection Shards: Easy versus Hard

Tower Defense Simulator Solar Requiem Shards are also earned on the new Poor Recollection map, which has 25 waves in both difficulties. Walk near fallen Shards after enemy defeats to collect them; a complete clear doesn’t automatically mean every pickup was collected. The published yield table covers the earlier event nights but does not yet verify a fixed Night III yield for Easy or Hard, so no unconfirmed number has been added.

Night III Hard disables Skills and consumables, making consistent clears more difficult than Easy. For the best farm, compare the actual Shards earned per minute from several completed runs, rather than chasing the highest difficulty regardless of losses. The Night III map and boss guide explains Black Hole, Artemis and Echo of Guilt. Night II retains the established totals of 100 for Easy and 200 for Hard.

The 40-level Battle Pass still requires 21,655 Shards to complete. Its premium track costs 399 Robux, but does not award all levels automatically. The Hollow Crate is a separate 249-Robux item, with random victory drops in supported modes, including Poor Recollection. It is a separate cosmetic crate, not an item purchased with Battle Pass Shards.

How much does the Battle Pass cost?

You can spend Tower Defense Simulator Solar Requiem Shards on the event’s 40-level Battle Pass. The regular track is free, while the premium rewards require a 399 Robux purchase. Buying premium access doesn’t automatically finish the levels; the shard progression still matters.

On the regular track, the official wiki lists skins such as Eclipse Soldier and Moon Ace Pilot. Premium examples include Demon Pyromancer and Eclipse Engineer. Check which column a reward belongs to before paying: the premium purchase adds access to that track but still requires Battle Pass progression.

What rewards can you earn?

Across both tracks, the event pass lists 3,500 Coins, 2,900 EXP, 11 High Grade Crates, one Mid Grade Crate, two Sun & Moon Crates, 11 Spin Tickets and nine Time Scale Tickets. It also awards consumables such as Pumpkin Bombs and Necromancer’s Tomes. These are totals from both tracks combined, not a bundle awarded for one match or everything you’ll receive on the free track. Tower Defense Simulator Solar Requiem Shards unlock pass levels; the event nights also have separate victory rewards.

Before buying premium, scroll through the actual reward columns to see the levels containing the skins you want. If you’re mainly after Eclipse Soldier or Moon Ace Pilot, those sit on the regular track. Players chasing Demon Pyromancer or Eclipse Engineer need the paid track as well as the Shards to progress.

How to use Tower Defense Simulator Solar Requiem Shards in the Battle Pass

From the lobby, open the Solar Requiem Battle Pass and check the next level’s cost. Earn enough Tower Defense Simulator Solar Requiem Shards in matches, then return to the pass to unlock or claim the reward. All 40 levels take 21,655 Shards in total, but you can progress one level at a time.

If a reward remains inaccessible after earning its Shards, check whether it’s marked Premium. A free-track level doesn’t grant the premium reward beside it. For a tower skin, check the relevant tower’s cosmetics after claiming rather than searching only your consumable inventory.

Night III Shard farming now that Poor Recollection is live

Tower Defense Simulator Solar Requiem Shards are available while the four-night event runs. Night III launched on Friday, October 23 and can be farmed on Poor Recollection. Its full-run Shard yields on Easy and Hard remain unverified in the documented mode table. Until then, the modes above provide established figures to compare.

You can progress the Battle Pass across several modes, including Night III. Play a mode you can finish, collect the Shards on the path and claim levels as you unlock them. The event wiki lists 19 November as the expected end date.

Why aren’t my shards or claimed rewards showing?

When Tower Defense Simulator Solar Requiem Shards appear to be missing, first check whether you actually moved close enough to collect the drops during the run. Next reopen the Battle Pass to check the currency total and whether you’ve unlocked the next level. A Night II completion badge and its tickets aren’t the same as Battle Pass shard currency.

For a missing tower skin, open the correct tower’s cosmetics instead of looking through consumables. If the reward is still shown as locked, check whether it’s on the paid track or whether you’ve reached its level. Rejoining a current server can help when the pass display hasn’t refreshed. Our Tower Defense Simulator codes guide covers separate code rewards.
