Titan Quest II Xbox launches on January 19, 2027 for Series X|S, with an early start on January 15 for eligible console preorders. The UK Xbox Store lists Standard at £49.99 and Ultimate at £65.99. Both include the Cosmic Turtle preorder companion.
Preorders opened on October 28, 2026. Ultimate also includes the original Titan Quest, Ragnarök and Atlantis, which become playable as soon as you buy that edition. The sequel itself remains four days away for advance-access buyers and launches worldwide on January 19.
Titan Quest II Xbox release date and early access
The full release is Tuesday, January 19. The separate January 15 date is the 96-hour head start bundled with an eligible Standard or Ultimate preorder. The Microsoft Store labels January 15 as the available date because it reflects the preorder access period. THQ Nordic’s full launch schedule still states January 19.
This four-day benefit is not the same as PC Early Access. Grimlore has offered the PC development version since August 2025, while Xbox players will get the completed game during the January launch window.
Titan Quest II Xbox UK Standard and Ultimate prices
Titan Quest II Xbox Standard costs £49.99 and Ultimate costs £65.99 in the UK. International recommended prices are $59.99 or €59.99 and $79.99 or €79.99 respectively. The £16 gap buys three older releases: Titan Quest, Ragnarök and Atlantis.
Standard comes with the sequel, the preorder pet and 96 hours of early access. Ultimate includes all of that and adds the original game with both expansions. The older titles are accessible immediately upon an eligible Ultimate preorder, making it the option for anyone wanting to play the series before January.
How to preorder Titan Quest II Xbox
Open the Microsoft Store on your Series X or Series S, search for Titan Quest II, then select the Standard preorder or Ultimate Edition. Read the included-games and add-ons section before checking out. The standard listing shows the Cosmic Turtle, while Ultimate adds Titan Quest and its expansions.
The new game is supported on Xbox Series X|S. Don’t confuse the original Titan Quest included in the Ultimate bundle with an Xbox One version of the sequel. They’re separate games with different platform support.
Does Titan Quest II Xbox include the Cosmic Turtle?
Yes. The companion comes with both eligible console preorder editions, not just Ultimate. You can claim the preorder bonus without paying the £16 difference for the older games. PC Early Access buyers have a separate companion reward announced by Grimlore, rather than the console preorder promotion.
If you mainly want the sequel, Standard provides the same early start and pet. If you want the first game and expansions as well, Ultimate delivers those immediately. Our edition comparison explains every included item.
Titan Quest II Xbox 10% loyalty discount
THQ Nordic offers a 10% loyalty discount for eligible digital owners of the original Titan Quest on Xbox and PlayStation. Sign in with the account that owns the older game before viewing the preorder. The Xbox product page also advertises this owner discount.
Check the actual total at checkout rather than applying 10% to a different platform’s price. The discount is an ownership promotion; the Cosmic Turtle and 96-hour early start are preorder benefits.
Co-op and full-release content on Titan Quest II Xbox
The new action RPG supports solo play and online co-op for up to four players. Xbox states that online multiplayer requires an eligible Game Pass subscription. Build your character from two of six Masteries: Earth, Storm, Warfare, Rogue, Forge and Spirit.
Version 1.0 adds the fifth chapter in the Taygetos Mountains and the story confrontation with Nemesis, plus the new Kaos Curses endgame activity. For an introduction to the character system, use our Masteries guide.
