Unlike how frequently they are used, however, Sinnoh Stones are rare than you’d hope. Your best bet for finding them is typically claiming research breakthroughs or completing trainer battles, which means it’s a real problem for players who don’t actively PVP. You might also be able to find one through limited-time research or rare tasks, so keep an eye out.
