How to Redeem Pokémon TCG Live Codes is slightly different depending on your device. On Android, Windows and macOS, use Shop → Redeem in the game. On iPhone, use the official website’s Redeem Code option. Both routes require you to review the reward and press Claim Now.

You can use these steps for official promotional passcodes and unique codes from specially marked physical Pokémon TCG products. Check that you’re signed into the right Pokémon Trainer Central account first, because redeemed digital cards and decks can’t be transferred to another account.

Launch Pokémon TCG Live on Android, Windows or Mac and open Shop → Redeem. Enter the code manually, or scan a physical code card’s QR code if your device supports that option. Submit the code and check the reward preview.

Select the items shown, then press Claim Now. Your rewards will either go directly into your collection or arrive under Menu → Inbox. Booster packs and coins are examples of items that may be sent to the Inbox.

How to Redeem Pokémon TCG Live Codes on iPhone using Safari

On an iPhone, open the official Pokémon TCG Live website, select Redeem Code and sign into the Pokémon Trainer Central account linked to your game. Enter the code and choose Submit Code.

Review the reward list and press Claim Now. Then return to the game to check your collection or Inbox. Pokémon Support documents the in-app route for Android and desktop, not a native iPhone QR scanner, so the browser route is the supported choice for iOS.

How to Redeem Pokémon TCG Live Codes: QR code or manual entry?

A physical code card may have a QR code as well as a printed string. On an Android or desktop device with a supported scanning option, use the scanner under Shop → Redeem. Otherwise, simply type the code.

Scanning and typing submit the same unique code, so you can’t claim twice by using both. And not every physical Pokémon TCG product contains a Live code card: look for packaging specifically marked for digital redemption.

How to Redeem Pokémon TCG Live Codes: missing booster packs or rewards

If a code was accepted but you can’t find the reward, check whether you pressed Claim Now. Then look in Menu → Inbox for booster packs or currencies. Cards and other items may already be in your collection.

A digital booster redeemed from a physical pack comes from the same expansion, but it doesn’t necessarily contain the same cards you opened in the real pack. That’s normal, not a missing-reward error.

How to Redeem Pokémon TCG Live Codes: invalid and used code fixes

Check for mistyped characters or spaces, and make sure you’re using Pokémon TCG Live, not Pokémon TCG Pocket. If a unique card code still fails, keep the card and receipt rather than posting the code publicly.

Pokémon Support asks for the account screen name, code number and platform used, whether in-game or on the website. Save the card and transaction details for the support request. The publisher cannot transfer redeemed digital cards or decks to a different account.

Promotional codes versus physical code cards

Public anniversary passcodes can award digital cards, boosters and avatar cosmetics. Our October 2026 codes guide lists the officially announced 30THCONTINUES and 30THCELEBRATION rewards, while distinguishing their announcements from live validity.

Physical code cards follow product-specific soft limits. Standard booster cards, for example, give the usual pack for up to 400 redemptions per expansion; additional valid codes award a small amount of in-game currency. See our code card limits guide before redeeming a large batch.

The short version: use the correct account, enter or scan the code, submit it, review the rewards and press Claim Now. If the items don’t appear, check your Inbox before trying again.
