How to Get Build A Boat for a Top Hat in The Hunt Roblox 20 comes down to completing the Build A Boat For Treasure anniversary quest: build a boat, travel down the river to the bakery and bake a cake. Once the event records the stage, the live-event next step was to return to The Hunt: Roblox 20 hub and claim the reward.
The hat is a real Roblox-created anniversary item, not a normal shop purchase. For How to Get Build A Boat for a Top Hat in The Hunt Roblox 20, the important distinction is that the catalogue listing is off sale, so the practical unlock route is the event quest rather than trying to buy the accessory directly.
What are the three cake ingredients?
The bakery checklist needs Milk, Butter and Egg. Touch all three oversized props, let the bakery finish the cake, then touch the completed cake so the badge registers. Use our Build a Boat Cake Ingredients guide if the bakery is the part holding up the Top Hat.

What is Build A Boat for a Top Hat?
Build A Boat for a Top Hat is a Roblox-created hat made for the Build A Boat For Treasure stage of the anniversary event. Its catalogue description reads like a direct nod to the experience: build a boat, find the treasure and wear the boat.
That makes How to Get Build A Boat for a Top Hat in The Hunt Roblox 20 a much cleaner search than trying to find a sale price or promo code. There is no normal shop price to rely on for this event route. Finish the game quest and use the Hunt hub to collect the item.
Do you have to reach the normal treasure chest?
The live event objective for How to Get Build A Boat for a Top Hat in The Hunt Roblox 20 points to the bakery and cake, not merely the normal end chest. Build A Boat For Treasure still uses its familiar river journey, but the anniversary task branches that journey toward the event bakery.
If you reach the bakery, make sure the cake step is actually finished before leaving. Reaching the location without completing the interaction can leave the Hunt stage incomplete, which in turn prevents the reward claim in the hub.
Why the reward may not appear immediately
If How to Get Build A Boat for a Top Hat in The Hunt Roblox 20 looks complete in Build A Boat but the hat is not in your inventory yet, go back to the Hunt hub first. Roblox says players return to the hub after completing each yearly quest to unlock the next year and collect the corresponding virtual item.
If the year still shows incomplete, repeat only the part you may have missed. The most likely checkpoint is the bakery objective because that is what separates the Hunt quest from an ordinary river run. There is no reason to rebuild an elaborate boat if your sailing portion already worked.
For How to Get Build A Boat for a Top Hat in The Hunt Roblox 20, the shortest version is simple: use a reliable boat, get to the bakery, bake the cake, then claim the hat in the Hunt hub.
For How to Get Build A Boat for a Top Hat in The Hunt Roblox 20, there is no separate code redemption step after the cake. The final action is the Hunt hub claim, so do not waste time searching the normal Build A Boat menus for the hat.
The official Build A Boat For Treasure page and the The Hunt: Roblox 20 hub are the two first-party pages you need.
