What Is The Gambit Loading Screen?
The Gambit is a free 2D Loading Screen tied to Fortnite Smugglers Gambit.
It is one of the cosmetic rewards connected to the new Star Wars experience, but unlike the Forsworn Trooper Outfit, The Gambit Loading Screen does not require a Disney Parks visit.
Any Fortnite player can earn it by completing the required Smugglers Gambit quest.
What Quest Gives The Gambit Loading Screen?
Epic says The Gambit Loading Screen is earned by completing a quest in Smugglers Gambit but does not publish the full step-by-step questline on its announcement page.
Players who have completed the reward route report that you need to follow the orange main story objectives, with the final story mission called The Star Destroyer.
That makes the orange quest chain the one to focus on if your only goal is to get The Gambit Loading Screen in Fortnite.
How Long Does The Gambit Loading Screen Take to Unlock?
There is no official completion time from Epic.
Early player reports suggest the main story can take roughly two to three hours, although your own time will depend on how quickly you complete missions and move between objectives.
Because that timing comes from players rather than Disney or Epic, treat it as a rough estimate rather than a fixed requirement.
Do You Need to Complete Every Smugglers Gambit Mission?
The current player guidance points specifically to the main orange story questline rather than requiring every optional activity on the island.
Players report that the orange objectives guide you through the main story and eventually lead to the final Star Destroyer mission.
