Saki Fuwa will be the next Simulacrum Limited Order after a successful release of Ruby. She is the second character to be introduced in Vera.

The list of SSR Simulacrum continues to increase. With the addition of Ruby, there are now a total of 14 SSR Simulacra in Tower of Fantasy. The parameters of the likelihood of a player getting an SSR Simulacrum have stayed the same. The pity system continues to be one of the primary ways of obtaining SSR characters.

What is special about the Simulacrum Limited Order is that the Simulacrum you can get from it will be exclusive, depending on what is currently in the promotion.

Weapon Effects

  • Ice Shell – Once Ryusen Toshinhas been fully charged, any enemy hit by the weapon will freeze for 2 seconds and suffer frostbite for 6 seconds. If the player can break the ice before two seconds, it deals an additional damage equal to 151.00% of your ATK. Once in the frostbite status, the enemy charge rate will also be cut in half.
  • Frost Resonance – Saki Fuwa needs to equip at least two pieces of equipment with frost resonance (including the Ryusen Toshin). If the player has two or more pieces of equipment with the ice element, a permanent buff of additional Frost ATK of 20% and Frost Resistance of 40% will take effect.

Weapon Abilities

Flowing SpringsThe player completes 5 consecutive basic attacks while on the ground
Heavenbreak WaterfallAfter jumping once, the player completes 5 consecutive basic attacks while in midair
FrostfallTo perform this attack, the player should either be suspended in mid-air, let go of a wall they are climbing, or the player is dodging while jumping, and then hold the attack button.
Frostfall ImpactAdditional damage is dealt to those that are hit by the Frostfall, which is equal to 30.4% of ATK with an additional 2 extra damage. Once it hits land, the impact will cause 76% of the ATK of the player with an additional 4 damage to enemies affected by the impact.
Surging Heart Style – VortexHold the attack before you complete the 5 consecutive attacks to trigger this action. If you dash in front of the enemy, quickly perform a basic attack, and hold it for a few seconds, you can also trigger this skill. This deals an additional 199.5% of your ATK and 11 damage to the enemy.
Calm Style – Broken SpringAfter holding down the attack button, quickly release it to deal up to 127.3% of ATK + 7 of damage to the enemies that are affected by the impact. The player can also use this to block certain enemy attacks. However, blocking causes damage that is equal to 20% of your max HP.
Frigid TideThe player needs to press the attack button as soon as you complete a dash forward to the enemy. This also deals an additional 277% of ATK + 15 total damage to the enemy hit.
Surging Heart Style – Glimpse of Ning QuanThis skill has a 30-second cooldown. However, if a player successfully dodges an attack and dashes into an enemy, it causes the opponents to be immobilized. It also deals delayed damage up to 927.7% of ATK and an additional 49.
Calm Style – Gathering SpringsThe player needs to have a high HP to complete this. You will need to charge your weapon for 3 seconds and should also receive total damage of up to 60% of your total HP.
PassiveThe player can cast a Shadow Sword that will follow the Wanderer. Holding the skill button will cause Ryusen Toshin to unleash a surge and the Shadow Sword. This would deal a total amount of 450% of Frost ATK. This has a 10-second cooldown.

Saki Fuwa will be coming to the next Simulacrum Limited Order on November 10.
