Genshin Impact 1.4: Venti Banner Revealed, is Rosaria on it?

Today, miHoYo revealed the full composition of the first banner of Genshin Impact’s new 1.4 Version “Invitation of Windblume”, which will feature, the already announced, 5-star character “Windborne Bard” Venti (Anemo), and the 4-star characters “Harmless Sweetie” Sucrose (Anemo), “Wolf Boy” Razor (Electro), and “Chivalric Blossom” Noelle (Geo).

The banner looks to offer players a chance to get Sucrose, which is the only Anemo 4-star character in the game. and one of the best, and most fun supports in the game.

Genshin Impact was released in September of last year for the PlayStation 4, mobile devices, and PC. You can check its official synopsis below, courtesy of miHoYo:
”You and your sibling traveled to Teyvat from another world. Separated on arrival, and now stranded here, you set about searching for answers from The Seven — the gods of each element.
Joined by Paimon, a kind-hearted sprite guide, your mission takes you through beautiful forests, bustling towns, and treacherous dungeons. And while your journey may put you into the path of merciless foes and fiendish puzzles you can count on over 30 playable allies to join your custom party of four, harnessing the power of the elements to overcome all obstacles.
Along the way, you will freely explore this wondrous world, join forces with a diverse range of characters, and unravel the countless mysteries that Teyvat holds.”
The banner will be the first one of the new version, and will be released together with Mondstadt’s annual Windblume Festival. The banner will be available from March 16 to April 6th.
The banner’s reveal also shows that Rosaria will most likely be part of the update’s second featured banner, starring Childe, for the despair of all, that planned to get her and them save for the game’s 1.5 version.
