Fortnite: Terminator Teased By Epic Games In Latest Tweet

The latest Incoming Transmission shared by Epic Games via Fortnite’s Official Twitter Channel is hinting at the next “hunters” to be added to the game. The Terminator and Sarah Connor seem to be the next two characters to be added in what is becoming the Fortnite “Season of Crossovers”.
Epic Games have been using Incoming Transmission audio logs to offer players the chance to guess the next characters to be added to the battler royale title. Below, you will find the original Tweet and a transcript of what is said:
” Reality log 991. When you’re dealing with the Zero Point, behind the scenes and on the battlefield, its hard finding anyone who understands what you’re going through. On this latest stop though, I met a hero that can relate. Impending global doom, time travel, paradoxes. Oh yeah, she’ll fit right in.”
With the several plotlines involved in the Terminator series being centred around time travel and paradoxes, it seems like this would be a pretty safe assumption to make.
A Fortnite x Terminator Crossover Is Just One Of The Possibilities
It’s been long-speculated that The Terminator, or a Terminator, would be coming to Fortnite as the next Hunter. However, the transmission ends with the phrase “she’ll fit right in”.

This, as you can imagine, would hint towards the legendary Sarah Connor being added alongside, if not instead of, the Terminator. There is no confirmation as to which appearance these characters will be based upon. However, the iconic appearances featured in The Terminator 1984 could be a safe guess.
That, or the more recently-released Terminator: Dark Fate, featuring an older T-800 and Sarah Connor, could feature given they are the freshest in fan’s minds.
There has also been rumours of Lara Croft coming to the game, however judging by the clues dropped in this Incoming Transmission… It doesn’t seem like this is happening just yet.
The Terminator and Sarah Connor could be coming to Fortnite very soon, if trends are anything to go by. The Incoming Transmission hinting at The Predator was revealed on Jan 19 with the skin coming a day later. This similarly happened with Daryl Dixon and Michonne the week prior.
If this is anything to go by, Terminator could be coming as soon as January 22.
