Since video games were invented, there have been tens of thousands of games released, and over the years many of them have become unplayable and aren’t available to purchase today. This was the case with the classic free-to-play multiplayer game, Wolfenstein Enemy Territory, but now it has finally been made playable after 19 years.

Splash Damage, the original developers behind the Wolfenstein expansion have announced today that the game has been added to Steam and can once again be played.

First released in 2003, the game was originally planned to be an expansion pack to Return to Castle Wolfenstein. During the development of the expansion, the single-player aspect was cut due to issues, with just the multiplayer portion being released as a freeware standalone game.

The game has remained playable throughout the year’s thanks to a dedicated modding community, but now it can be easily accessed and played on official servers through Steam.
