The game, like all the titles on our list, was developed by Omega Force and published by Koei Tecmo, the go-to duo when the subject is musou games.
One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 was released in March 2020, for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity
A new entry in the Hyrule Warriors franchise, and a prequel to the acclaimed and genre-defying Breath of the Wild, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity lets you take all the legendary heroes to battle in the war that desolated Hyrule.
Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity was released in November 2020, exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
Fire Emblem Warriors
Fire Emblem Warriors is a crossover between the Fire Emblem and the Warriors franchise.
The title gives players to opportunity to play as many heroes from both franchises, as they command armies and complete missions on the battlefield.
Fire Emblem Warriors was released in 2017, for the Nintendo Switch and for the Nintendo 3DS.
Berserk and the Band of the Hawk
Berserk is considered by many manga fans, including the one who is writing this, as the best seinen title of all time, and one of the most influential dark fantasy titles ever created.
In Berserk and the Band of the Hawk, players are thrown into the series biggest and bloodiest battles, as they struggle against hordes of enemies, and take control pf the series’s most popular characters.
Berserk and the Band of the Hawk is available for PlayStation 4. PlayStation Vita, and PC.
Samurai Warriors 5
The only title on our list that hasn’t been released yet, Samurai Warriors 5 promises to start a new era for the acclaimed franchise, with new and re-imagined visuals, 27 playable characters, and much more.

“SAMURAI WARRIORS 5 takes place after the end of the ?nin War, during the Sengoku period, and tells the story of two of the most preeminent military commanders of this period – Nobunaga Oda and Mitsuhide Akechi. This title includes various eras from this period, including the younger years of Nobunaga, when he was known as “Owari’s Great Fool,” and the period of turmoil and upheaval leading to the Honn?-ji Incident.”
Samurai Warriors 5 will be released on July 21 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
You can also play the game on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S via backward compatibility mode.
