Vampire Survivors pits you against hordes of enemies with the goal of surviving as long as you can, so how to heal is an important question.

How to heal and restore your health in Vampire Survivors

There aren’t actually many methods of healing available in Vampire Survivors, at least immediately available or obvious ones – so you can be easily understood for trying to find ways to restore your health and heal up to better withstand the relentless hordes.

The first, and most available method of healing in the game is grabbing healing items. An example of which features below, with two large joints of meat shown, both of which will restore a fair chunk of health when picked up – to find these for yourself, they are sometimes dropped when you break area decorations such as the torch in the bottom right corner.

To break them, simply stand nearby while your weapons go off, as long as a projectile collides with them it will likely manage to destroy the scenario for you, though whether anything drops can be another matter entirely.

If you’d like something a bit more constant, you can also buy a health recovery effect in the power-up screen whenever your game of Vampire Survivors ends – this is constant health regeneration, so it’ll add up over time, but won’t do you many favours immediately.

Outside of this, however, you don’t really have any other options, so you’ll have to learn to rely on one or both sooner or later.

In any case, that’s it for this article, you’ll need to save up some coins and invest in passive health restore via the recovery ability, or simply stick to scarfing down those giant slabs of meat you can find while rampaging around.
