Starly is a returning Pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet/Violet, first introduced in the generation 2 games Pokemon Gold/Silver.

• Scarlet Entry: They flock around mountains and fields, chasing after bug Pokémon. Their singing is noisy and annoying.
