Houndstone is a brand new Ghost-type Pokemon introduced in Pokemon Scarlet/Violet.

Pokemon Scarlet/Violet takes players to the Paldea region, which is based on Spain and the iconic architecture of its towns and cities.

• Strengths: Ghost, Psychic,
• Resistances: Normal, Fighting, Poison, Bug
• Weaknesses: Ghost, Dark
• Scarlet Entry: Houndstone spends most of its time sleeping in graveyards. Among all the dog Pokémon, this one is most loyal to its master.
• Violet Entry: A lovingly mourned Pokémon was reborn as Houndstone. It doesn’t like anyone touching the protuberance atop its head.

Additionally, Houndstone can be obtained by evolving Greavard through leveling up at 30 or beyond during nighttime.
