Tips on defeating Lord Martanos

While you can challenge Lord Martanos as many times as you want for his precious Zakarum Sigils, he won’t make it easy for you to do. Lord Martanos is one of the hardest bosses to beat in Diablo Immortal, especially if you’re playing in a high-difficulty setting. But before you think about lowering the difficulty, note that higher difficulty means better rewards. So, if you’re planning to take him down, read our tips below:

Lord Martanos has deadly AoE attacks. He also has a shield that makes some of your attacks useless and at the same time, sends out an AoE attack in a smaller radius. So, how are you going to defeat him?

First, because of the shield’s deadly but smaller AoE, long-ranged characters are a must to take down Lord Martanos.

Second, his deadly AoE attacks call for spreading around him, so you and your teammates won’t take massive damage at the same time.

Third, if Lord Martanos is engaged with one of your teammates, this is the perfect time for short-ranged characters to close in and hit the world boss with their strongest attacks. However, they will have to retreat as soon as they land a heavy blow.

Lastly, if Lord Martanos tries to get closer to anyone, long-ranged characters can barrage him with attacks, so he will get weaker and eventually give up on the chase.
