The Pokémon Go TCG Crossover Event is now live, and with it, arrives a whole host of Collection Challenges.

Launching June 16, 2022, to June 30, 2022, the TCG Crossover Event, brings 6 new challenges to complete. On June 23, 2022, a further 3 challenges are set to be released for players to complete during the 2nd week.

As Pikachu roams free, only this time in a little blue trading card designed cap, trainers are to encounter a vast selection of Pokémon in the wild, as well as in raids, to complete the collection challenges.

Featuring the debut of Wimpod from the TCG, available in the wild and in 1* raids, plus it’s evolution, Golisopod, requiring a massive 400 candies to evolve, it’s time for trainers to continue their quest being the very best, like no one ever was.

The 6 challenges released so far, reward players with an Elite Collector badge, as well as further rewards at the end of each challenge section.

Bulbasaur Collection Challenge 1 :

  • Bulbasaur
  • Spinarak

Rewards: 10,000 XP, Venusaur encounter

Charmander collection challenge 1:

  • Charmander

  • Alolan Rattata
  • TCG Hat Pikachu

Rewards: 10,000 XP, Charizard encounter

Squirtle collection challenge 1:

  • Catch a Squirtle
  • Catch a Bidoof
  • Catch a Slowpoke
  • Catch an Eevee
  • Catch a TCG Hat Pikachu

Rewards: 10,000 XP, Blastoise encounter

Trade collection challenge: ( to trade with another trainer)

  • Trade Pikachu
  • Trade Bulbasaur
  • Trade Charmander
  • Trade Squirtle

Rewards: 10,000 XP, 1x Lure Module

Kanto collection challenge:

  • Ivysaur
  • Charmelon
  • Wartortle
  • Venusaur
  • Charizard
  • Blastoise

Rewards: 10,000 XP, 1x Egg Incubator
