The main inspiration for Magnamalo came from samurai armor. While not a yokai per se, an armored samurai ghost is a well-known image, and we took this as the base for Magnamalo’s design

Players will face off against this fearsome foe in the Shrine Ruins locale.

According to the presentation of the demo, the quest will reportedly be 15 minutes long, meaning it could end up being a repel quest. Mizutsune will also be present in the locale.
