Genshin Impact: Marvelous Merchandise Event, Finding Liben

If you’ve noticed the start of the Marvelous Merchandise Event in Genshin Impact already, you probably want to know where Liben, the key NPC for the event is located.

So where is Liben? And what is Genshin’s Marvelous Merchandise event anyway?

What is the Marvelous Merchandise event?

First of all, the event itself basically consists of finding the Merchant, Liben – and then buying a box of items from him via giving him a small number of a few supplies.

These supplies are fairly common items like Apples, Fowl, Raw Meat, Mint etc – a lot of basic cooking ingredients.

Each supply request you fulfill nets you the box for that world on that day. But the box you get can be any of the following 7 options.

And as you may have caught in that last line above this image – Boxes vary based on the world. If you don’t like the box in your world, simply go visit a friend’s world and check out what box Liben is offering there instead.

The big thing is to make sure you are claiming a box daily because there’s an even bigger reward waiting if you claim enough of them…

And lets be real, 40 primogems for a handful of cooking items? That’s a pretty nice deal regardless.

So where is Liben in Genshin Impact?

Liben can be located at any time during the event by a unique map marker, shown below. Currently, he is located in Mondstadt at the lower marketplace.
