Fortnitemares Escape Room: How to sign up and earn free rewards

With the Halloween season upon us, Fortnitemares has made its return to Fortnite, seeing popular game modes such as Horderush back in the game, and a whole host of spooky additions around the Island. Players are now also in for a treat (or trick), as they embark upon a whole new series of challenges by completing the eerie Fortnitemares Escape Room.
The Fortnitemares Season has a bucketful of rewards for players to earn, via in-game quests and game modes, and all for free, with the Escape Room giving players the chance to add 3 new cosmetics to their locker and gain XP too!
Let’s take a look below at the all-important details of how to sign up for the Fortnitemares Escape Room, and the rewards available for completing the different rooms. Good luck escaping players! You’ll need it!
Fortnitemares Escape Room: The Rewards
Not only do players have the opportunity to earn themselves the dashing Fortnite Chrome Punk skin and cosmetics, but the Frotnitemares Escape Room is also giving players access to more free items for participating.
For completing rooms within the Fortnite Escape Room, players will earn the following rewards:
- Room 1: Spoooooky in-game cosmetic Emoticon
- Room 2: 20,000 XP
- Room 3: OctoEye in-game cosmetic Spray
- Room 4: Niterave in-game cosmetic Wrap
And there’s more. By participating in the Halloween event, players will be given access to two new daily quests, both of which will earn players 15,000 XP.
Upon completion of 5 quests, players will unlock themselves the Everything’s End Glider. Complete 13 quests and players will earn the Chrome Cage Back Bling – a perfect addition to the Chrome Punk Set. And upon completion of a whopping 25 quests, players will unlock the Unmaker Pickaxe.

How to sign up for the Fortnitemares Escape Room
Signing up couldn’t be easier. Follow these three simple steps to gain access to one of the spookiest escape rooms around:
- Log into your Epic Games account on the Fortnitemares Escape Rooms website.
- See the tasks in your current room and keep track of your progress.
- You will then be able to complete the tasks in the next room after you complete all the tasks in the previous one.
