Last night Snake Eyes from the G.I. Joe franchise was released in the Fortnite Item Shop.

This comes after the latest audio transmission was posted online which teased a new Hunter coming to the game.

Snake Eyes joins an already elite cast of Hunters in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5, which include Kratos from God of War, Master Chief from Halo, Daryl and Michonne from The Walking Dead, Predator, and most recently Terminator and Sarah Connor.

Now it looks like the collaboration is going one step further with the release of an official Fortnite X G.I. Joe Snakes Eyes action figure.

G.I. Joe has been a staple of Hasbro’s line-up since the 1960s and played a big part in the rise in popularity of action figures.

The franchise is still popular today, with a recent string of movies which includes a Snake Eyes movie which is set to be released this year.

In a tweet, Epic Games announced the partnership to release the Fortnite version of Snake Eyes as an action figure.

In addition to his sword, Snake Eyes also comes with a variety of weapons and items from Fortnite including the SMG, Clinger, Harpoon Gun, Grenade, Chiller Grenade, Grenade Launcher, and Boogie Bomb.

Here is all of the information you need to know about the Snake Eyes action figure:

  • Premium collectible made with the same quality fans have come to expect from G.I. Joe Classified Series
  • Highly detailed deco inspired by the character’s in-game appearance
  • This is the first time a Snake Eyes figure has been released with the iconic G.I. Joe logo on the shoulders
  • Highly posable 6-inch figure with over 20 points of articulation
  • Detailed Fortnite-inspired weapon accessories, including Harpoon Launcher, Boogie Bomb, Grenade, Clinger, Chiller Grenade, as well as the Submachine weapon and Mythic Shockwave Launcher accessories featuring the Weathered Black Wrap deco as seen in-game
