Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 is now underway as we’re currently in the third week of the new season which has brought aliens, UFOs, and plenty of other fun mechanics to the game.

As with any new week comes new challenges and week 3 is no exception.

Here is how to glide 20 meters while holding a chicken.

Wildlife were first introduced in Chapter 2 Season 6, bringing animals to the map which can be killed for their meat to regain health.

But, chickens can be grabbed and used to glide, similar to how they functioned in The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time.

To complete this, players need to grab a chicken and then use it to glide for just 20 meters, which isn’t very far so it shouldn’t be too difficult to complete.

Chickens will run away from you once you are too close, so the best way to grab one is to use walls to box it in and trap it and then you can grab it freely.

The recent 17.10 update also brought new alien parasites, which grab the heads of wildlife and players. If one gets on a chicken then it will try and attack you so it is much easier to grab them as it won’t run away.

  • Dance near a lit campfire (1)
  • Catch fish at fishing spots (5)
  • Destroy boats (3)
  • Glide 20 meters while holding a chicken (20)
  • Finish in the top 10 (1)
  • Travel between Porta-Potties (1)
  • Use Nuts and Bolts (3)

Each Epic Quest is worth 30,000 XP, giving a total of 210,000 XP, or around 2 and a half levels of the Battle Pass.

Week 3 Legendary Quests

  • Get Slone’s orders from a Payphone (1)
  • Converse with Sunny, Joey, or Beach Brutus (1)
  • Place welcome signs in Pleasant Park and Lazy Lake (4)
  • Place Boomboxes in Believer Beach (2)
  • Place alien light communication device on mountain tops (2)
  • Collect cat food (2)

In total, players can earn 150,000 XP from the week 3 Legendary Quests, around 2 levels towards the Battle Pass. But, be fast because these challenges are only available until Wednesday, June 30th before they will disappear.
