Fortnite Duel Characters Guide – Week 15 Challenges

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5 is just a week from ending, with Season 6 right around the corner, with the Zero Crisis Finale event announced earlier this week.
But before it ends, there is still one week worth of challenges still to complete to get the last few levels for the Battle Pass.
Here is how to complete Duel Characters from the Week 15 challenges.
Duel Characters
Characters are a new feature to Season 5, with over 40 dotted around the Fortnite map.
Many character sells weapons and items, as well as being able to be hired to help you in your fight to get the Victory Royale.
Some Characters will give you the option to Duel them, offering a strong weapon such as an Epic Heavy Assault Rifle or SMG upon defeating them.
Here is a map of where the Characters are have the Duel option.
Release Date
Fortnite challenges go live every Thursday at 9am EST/2pm GMT, so expect the week 15 challenges to go live on March 11th at 9am EST/2pm GMT.
Week 15 Epic Quests
The challenges this week are:
- Distance travelled through sand (500)
- Spend 5 seconds within 20 meters of enemies while sand tunnelling (5)
- Spend Bars (500)
- Purchase Item from a Character (1)
- Upgrade a weapon (1)
- Get Intel from a Character (1)
- Hire a Character (1)
Each Epic Quest is worth 40,000 XP, granting 280,000 XP in total, around 3 levels worth of XP.

Week 15 Legendary Quest
The Legendary Quest this week is:
- Duel Characters (5/10/15/20/25)
The first stage of the challenge is worth 55,000 XP, the following 4 are worth 22,000 XP each, giving a total of 143,000 XP for completing the Legendary Quest.
But be fast, Legendary Quests are only around until the next set of challenges go live and then they are gone forever.
