Capcom’s Resident Evil Village is on the way and we’re wondering if you’ll be able to play the latest blockbuster horror game on Google Stadia when it releases?

Resident Evil Village is going to be the tenth major instalment in the series and it looks to be one of Capcom’s best! ( That isn’t just because of Lady Dimitrescu either!)

Set a few years after Resident Evil 7, Ethan Winters is back as the main playable character! He’s been living with his wife Mia for a little while now when a familiar face decides to, once again, “ruin” his life.

Although we don’t know a lot else about what’s going to happen, it promises to be a Resident Evil game to rival the best of them! You can check out the trailer below:

Now that is out the way… When can we play this on Google Stadia?

Sadly… We can’t. Well, not yet anyway. I know, I know…

There’s no news that would suggest that Resident Evil Village is coming to Google Stadia anytime soon. That isn’t to say it never will, but it doesn’t seem as likely as you’d like to think.

HOWEVER, there’s been a few leaks in and amongst the news about Resident Evil Village and Google Stadia that suggest that they have actually paid Capcom for the release of both Village and 7 on the platform.

In and amongst that huge ransomware attack on Capcom a few months ago, ResetEra forums reportedly found information that suggest the above to be true.

Capcom did make a statement about it all when the ransomware attack came to light, but it didn’t mention anything to do with any business deals.
