Fortnite Nurse Lenore costs 1,000 V-Bucks in the Item Shop. If you want the matching pickaxe, weapon wrap and emote as well, the Nevermore Nurse Bundle costs 1,400 V-Bucks. Buying all four cosmetics separately would cost 2,100 V-Bucks.
Nurse Lenore arrived in the Locker of Horrors section during Fortnitemares 2026, complete with two selectable outfit styles. You might also have seen screenshots showing her bundle for only 400 V-Bucks. That’s a personalised price for someone who already owns the skin, not the standard price for everyone.
Fortnite Nurse Lenore: how to get the skin
Open Fortnite’s Item Shop and find the Locker of Horrors section. Nurse Lenore is available there as an individual outfit, alongside the Nevermore Nurse Bundle. Both were in the shop on 28 October 2026. Select the version you want and purchase it with V-Bucks.

You can’t earn the Fortnite Nurse Lenore outfit through a Fortnitemares quest, and it isn’t part of the Battle Pass. If you can’t see it in the shop, check The Click’s live Fortnite Item Shop tracker to see what’s currently available. The Item Shop changes regularly, so a screenshot from an earlier rotation doesn’t mean the skin is still on sale.
Fortnite Nurse Lenore price and every Nevermore Nurse Bundle item
The standard Nevermore Nurse Bundle is 1,400 V-Bucks, discounted from 2,100 V-Bucks. That works out to a saving of 700 V-Bucks compared with buying all four cosmetics individually. Here’s the complete price breakdown from Epic’s Item Shop listing:
| Item | Type | Price on its own |
|---|---|---|
| Nurse Lenore | Outfit | 1,000 V-Bucks |
| Surgical Scalpel | Pickaxe | 500 V-Bucks |
| Nurse’s Orders | Weapon wrap | 300 V-Bucks |
| Flatline | Emote | 300 V-Bucks |
| Nevermore Nurse Bundle | All four items | 1,400 V-Bucks |
You get the Nurse Lenore outfit, the Surgical Scalpel pickaxe, the Nurse’s Orders wrap and the Flatline emote. All four also have individual shop listings. If you only want the pickaxe or emote, for example, you don’t have to buy the outfit or the full bundle.
Does Fortnite Nurse Lenore have selectable styles?
Yes. The Fortnite Nurse Lenore outfit has two styles called Splatter – On and Splatter – Off, which change its blood-splattered appearance. Both come with the 1,000-V-Buck outfit. There isn’t a separate payment or Fortnitemares challenge to unlock the second style.
To change between them, open your Locker, choose Nurse Lenore and select Edit Style. Pick the version you prefer and equip it. The styles are part of the skin itself, so you get them whether you buy Nurse Lenore separately or through the bundle.

Why does the Nevermore Nurse Bundle cost 400 V-Bucks for some players?
If you already own the Fortnite Nurse Lenore outfit, the Nevermore Nurse Bundle may be cheaper on your account. In one live shop screenshot, Nurse Lenore was marked Owned, while the bundle showed 400 V-Bucks with 1,100 crossed out. That’s an adjusted price for the remaining cosmetics, not a 400-V-Buck sale for everyone.
On an account that doesn’t own any of the four items, the same bundle shows 1,400 V-Bucks with 2,100 crossed out. So if your price differs from someone else’s, check which cosmetics you already own. The 400-V-Buck price is an example of an adjusted offer, not a guaranteed discount for every account.
Should you buy the Fortnite Nurse Lenore skin or the full bundle?
If you want the full set, the bundle costs just 400 V-Bucks more than the outfit alone. That’s enough to make it the better deal if you’re planning to use the Surgical Scalpel, Nurse’s Orders wrap and Flatline emote. Buying the skin and pickaxe separately would already cost 1,500 V-Bucks.
If it’s only Nurse Lenore you’re interested in, save those 400 V-Bucks and buy the 1,000-V-Buck outfit. You’ll still get both selectable styles. The other three cosmetics are optional and don’t change how the skin performs in a match.
When will Fortnite Nurse Lenore leave the Item Shop?
Nurse Lenore was listed on 28 October 2026, but Epic hasn’t given a confirmed final shop date for the outfit or bundle. They may disappear in a future rotation, and a return date hasn’t been announced. The live Item Shop tracker is the best way to check if she’s currently available.
For more Halloween cosmetics, see our Fortnitemares 2026 guide, or compare the prices with the Lost Dolls skins and bundle. Nurse Lenore is an Item Shop skin rather than an event reward, so you won’t need to complete any seasonal challenges before buying her.
