Shake the Liquid Base during the minigame, pour it into the mortar and select the correct Solid Base from the options that appear. Stir the cauldron as prompted until your potion is ready. Where to get the scissors and thread
Climb the staircase at the entrance of the cauldron room. The scissors sit on a table in the upper right-hand corridor, while the thread is on a table in the corridor opposite. Neither requires a minigame. Grab both before heading back down to the braziers.

After the final required ingredient is deposited, the cauldron rumbles and the Flesh Incarnate rises from it. Run straight out of the room and building to reach the next confrontation.

Check that the second Powder, if listed, was actually made, and that a potion or spell isn’t still being carried.
