For Nightmare Paranox, the Week 2 announcement says you must defeat the Paranox boss, which uses illusions and a correct-door challenge. Defeating elite Halloween mobs separately can unlock Dysuva or the Headless cosmetic trait by chance. Check that the encounter ends in a confirmed victory and that Nightmare Paranox becomes available in the Lantern Egg panel.
If Dragon Adventures Lantern Egg Unlocks for any of these results remain grey, check the type of enemy you defeated. An ordinary mob isn’t necessarily an elite, and reaching the boss’s door phase without a confirmed victory won’t meet the Paranox requirement.
