Delta Force Petite Madame and Requin Model are new red-quality collectibles tied to Polaris Patrol and the Petite Madame Rampage event. You can get them from Desmoulins Reward Crates or by killing a player-controlled Desmoulins and searching the Desmoulins Mezzanine for limited loot.
The two pieces are useful separately as rare event collectibles, but the bigger reward comes from owning both. Once you have Petite Madame and Requin Model, they can be assembled into the Petite Madame – Requin Model, which Garena says can be placed in your EDC Tool Kit and brought into matches.
How to get Delta Force Petite Madame and Requin Model

There are two confirmed routes for Delta Force Petite Madame and Requin Model. The first is opening Desmoulins Reward Crates earned through Polaris Patrol Performance Rank. The second is hunting a player-controlled Desmoulins as a G.T.I. Operator and searching the Desmoulins Mezzanine after the kill.
| Collectible route | How it works |
|---|---|
| Desmoulins Reward Crates | Earn crates through Polaris Patrol Performance Rank; each has a chance to contain Petite Madame or Requin Model |
| Desmoulins Mezzanine | Defeat a player-controlled Desmoulins, use the special access route and search the mezzanine for a chance at either collectible |
Garena describes both drops as chances rather than guaranteed rewards. A successful run can therefore move you closer to the pair without promising the missing piece every time.
How to get Desmoulins Reward Crates
Desmoulins Reward Crates come from increasing your Performance Rank in Delta Force Polaris Patrol. Match performance gives Performance Points, while Director’s To-Do and Adjutant’s To-Do missions provide more points as you work through the event.
The crate is one of the exclusive rank rewards, with a chance to contain either of the two Delta Force Petite Madame and Requin Model pieces. Because the reward is chance-based, pushing Performance Rank gives you more opportunities rather than a fixed “reach Rank X and choose one” unlock.
How to search the Desmoulins Mezzanine
The second route is aimed at ordinary G.T.I. Operators fighting against Squad Desmoulins. Kill a player-controlled Desmoulins and you can take the Director’s special Access Card in the mezzanine sector.
That access opens the restricted Desmoulins route and gives you a chance to search the mezzanine for Delta Force Petite Madame and Requin Model drops. Garena specifically lists both red-quality collectibles in the mezzanine reward pool after a Director kill.
Do you need to play as Desmoulins to get the collectibles?
No. Playing as Desmoulins is one route because Performance Rank can award the relevant Reward Crates, but G.T.I. Operators can chase Delta Force Petite Madame and Requin Model by defeating Desmoulins and looting the mezzanine.
This is one of the more useful parts of Polaris Patrol’s structure because the rare collectibles are not locked to the expensive Director identity. A squad that never spends a Security Director’s Work Badge still has a route through PvP.
How to combine Petite Madame and Requin Model
Once both individual pieces are collected, Garena says they can be assembled into the Petite Madame – Requin Model. This combined collectible is the final form of the pair rather than a third random drop.
The combined Delta Force Petite Madame and Requin Model item can be placed in your EDC Tool Kit and brought into matches. That gives the event collectible an in-match use slot instead of leaving it purely as a collection-menu trophy.
What is Petite Madame Rampage?
Petite Madame Rampage is the limited event running from October 16 to November 9 alongside Polaris Patrol. Garena says Petite Madame and her Chariot arrive with the Security Director, while the two new red-quality collectibles make their debut during the same event period.
The event also has active Operations tasks that award the Action – Perfect Sync and an Armament Voucher. Those mission rewards are separate from the Delta Force Petite Madame and Requin Model drop routes, so completing every Rampage task does not automatically hand you both red collectibles.
Best route if you only need one missing piece
If you already have one of the two Delta Force Petite Madame and Requin Model collectibles, keep working the route that gives you the most attempts without wasting resources. Performance Rank rewards are useful if you are already playing Director or Adjutant missions, while hunting Desmoulins suits G.T.I. squads that would rather avoid the Work Badge cost.
Garena does not publish separate drop rates for Petite Madame and Requin Model in the update notes, so there is no confirmed evidence that one route has better odds than the other. Use whichever path fits the role you are already playing.
When do the Petite Madame collectibles leave?
Petite Madame Rampage runs through November 9, 2026, while Polaris Patrol itself continues much longer, through January 27, 2027. Garena introduces the collectibles with the October event and identifies them as limited, so the October 16–November 9 Rampage window is the safer deadline for actively targeting them.
If the Delta Force Petite Madame and Requin Model entries remain visible in Polaris Patrol rewards after November 9, follow the live in-game pool. The official update does not promise that the limited collectible drops remain unchanged for the entire Polaris Patrol season.
