Farmland and Quarry offer a different setting, but don’t assume they’re quiet: players can land anywhere. When can you play the COD Mobile Verdansk Map?
The COD Mobile Verdansk Map arrives with Season 10 at 4 PM PST on Wednesday 11 November. That’s 7 PM EST in New York and midnight GMT on Thursday 12 November in the UK. Players in Central Europe get it at 1 AM CET on November 12, while Japan’s launch is 9 AM JST the same day.
Parachutes, doors and revives change on Verdansk
Forget using your wingsuit here: Verdansk introduces in-match parachute deployment instead. Airborne controls have been updated, along with third-person animations on Verdansk and in DMZ: Recon. The COD Mobile Verdansk Map is worth learning in a few lower-pressure drops before trying a risky rooftop landing.
Sprinting through a door now shoulder-bashes it open. There’s also a useful change for squads: you can drag a downed teammate while reviving them. That gives you a way to move someone out of an exposed position rather than being stuck wherever they fell.
Gulag, Buy Stations and contracts on the COD Mobile Verdansk Map
Your first elimination in a Verdansk Battle Royale match sends you to the Gulag. You’ll watch other fighters until it’s your turn for a one-on-one match. Win and you redeploy. Lose and you’re out unless a teammate buys your return at a Buy Station. The exact redeployment price hasn’t been published in the season announcement. Buy Stations now sell Field Assets, the new name for Battle Royale Scorestreaks. They’re expected to be less common, and Activision says some prices have changed. BR Wildcards are now Perks that can be equipped in a Loadout or found in a match. Contracts offer objectives and rewards, giving your squad something to pursue beyond the next fight.
COD Mobile Verdansk Map in Battle Royale versus DMZ: Recon
The same location appears in DMZ: Recon, but the missions are different. Battle Royale is about surviving other squads and using the Gulag when eliminated. DMZ: Recon adds a Chemist boss in the radiation zone, protected by elite guards, and a Prison Highlight Contract that requires finding a warden’s key to escape.
