ARC Raiders Venator Blueprint: Where to Farm It and Crafting Requirements

ARC Raiders Amplified Weapons

The ARC Raiders Venator Blueprint is found by scavenging Raider Containers on any map. Extract with the recipe, learn it in Speranza and craft Venator I at Gunsmith Level 2 using 2 Advanced Mechanical Components, 3 Medium Gun Parts and 5 Magnets. There is no guaranteed Venator chest or fixed map condition for this blueprint.

Venator is a Rare, semi-automatic pistol that fires two projectiles per trigger pull while only spending one Medium Ammo unit. That gives it a different feel from a standard sidearm and makes a permanent crafting unlock useful. The Raider Container sources and Gunsmith costs are below.

The ARC Raiders Venator Blueprint is in the ordinary Raider-container pool. Don’t search Medical Bags expecting a weapon blueprint, and don’t assume that one player finding it in a particular cache creates a permanent spawn. The goal is more eligible containers opened per raid, followed by a successful extraction.

Best way to farm Venator without losing the blueprint

  • Choose a map you know well and identify a route through several Raider Caches or other suitable Raider Containers.
  • Loot every matching container rather than stopping at one popular location.
  • Watch your backpack for the paper Venator Blueprint; don’t mistake a finished Venator weapon for it.
  • Put the blueprint into a Safe Pocket when available, and extract.
  • Select Learn and Consume in Speranza to unlock the recipe permanently.

The ARC Raiders Venator Blueprint can come from any eligible Raider-container location, so you don’t need to wait for Redirection, Frigate or Harvester. Those special events have other rewards, but none is a fixed route for the Venator schematic.

Learning the ARC Raiders Venator Blueprint doesn’t immediately give you a pistol. Go to Gunsmith II with the recipe known and the ten materials in your stash. Every additional Venator I uses another batch of materials; the blueprint itself doesn’t need to be consumed again after the first time.

Venator damage, ammo and Twin Shot

Venator carries ten rounds of Medium Ammo and fires a pair of projectiles with every trigger pull. Both projectiles can deal damage, yet the ammunition count drops by only one. That makes landing the pair important. It has moderate ARC armour penetration, and it isn’t the same gun as the Heavy Ammo Anvil.

The weapon is particularly effective at close and medium range. It can take an underbarrel and Medium Magazine attachment. The ARC Raiders Venator Blueprint gives reliable access to the base pistol rather than an attachment or an automatically upgraded version.

Venator II, III and IV upgrade recipes

UpgradeRequirements at Gunsmith Level 1
I → IIVenator I + 1 Advanced Mechanical Components + 2 Medium Gun Parts
II → IIIVenator II + 1 Advanced Mechanical Components + 2 Medium Gun Parts
III → IVVenator III + 2 Advanced Mechanical Components + 2 Medium Gun Parts

Each upgrade needs the previous tier of Venator as an ingredient. They improve fire rate and reload speed, not the magazine’s ammunition type. The ARC Raiders Venator Blueprint remains useful when you lose a Tier IV weapon because you can build the base and upgrade through the tiers again.

What if you’ve found the gun but not the blueprint?

A finished Venator from a Raider or container is ready to equip. It doesn’t count as learning the ARC Raiders Venator Blueprint. Keep checking Raider Containers for the paper recipe if you want to craft copies. The blueprint name also shows whether it’s already learned when you inspect a duplicate.

If you see an old guide recommending a named guaranteed drawer, treat it as a reported lucky drop rather than a fixed source. A reliable strategy for the ARC Raiders Venator Blueprint is a short loop through eligible Raider loot followed by extraction, not revisiting one chest hoping it resets to a Venator every time.
