ARC Raiders Bait Fetch Blast is Apollo’s Bully hunt on Pendola Pass, listed in-game as Bait, Fetch, Blast. He wants you to test the machine’s weak points and bring back a Bully Fragmenter. Going after the head and legs is different from simply shooting into the armoured centre until it falls.
Bring ammunition suited to a large ground ARC enemy, but don’t forget the tools Apollo supplies. Showstopper grenades, barricades and a shield give you room to move while you’re breaking parts, and keeping the Fragmenter safe matters more than getting one last kill on the way out.
How to unlock Bait, Fetch, Blast
Complete Shani’s Tracks of the Beast quest first. It takes you to Pendola Pass’s Northern Tracks and introduces the Bully and Skulker enemies. Apollo then offers Bait, Fetch, Blast in Speranza. Your supplied equipment includes three Showstoppers, two Barricade Kits, a Medium Shield and a Looting Mk. 3 (Survivor) Augment. If ARC Raiders Bait Fetch Blast isn’t on Apollo’s list yet, check whether you actually returned from Tracks of the Beast and claimed its rewards. Accepting it without finishing the prior quest doesn’t unlock this follow-up.
Where to find a Bully
Open Pendola Pass and head towards the Northern Tracks and the approaches around the fallen Emperor, where Bully encounters are associated with Shani’s earlier survey. You can often hear or see the large machine before you’re close enough to shoot. Don’t start firing in an open stretch of track with no cover: a Bully is more dangerous than an ordinary Wasp. For ARC Raiders Bait Fetch Blast, pick a fight where you can retreat behind structures, keep distance from its charges and retrieve the dropped material without fighting another squad over the body.

Destroy a Bully or work through its parts
The combat requirement is an either/or choice. You only need to destroy a Bully, destroy its head, or destroy four of its legs. Completing any one of those three routes counts; the other two aren’t extra objectives. You must still collect one Bully Fragmenter and deliver it to Apollo. ARC Raiders Bait Fetch Blast is one fight followed by an item hand-in, not three consecutive Bully battles.
How to break the head
Destroying the head completes one of the alternative combat requirements. A headless Bully can keep moving, so use cover until you can recover its dropped parts or retreat safely.
How to destroy four legs
For the leg route, destroy four individual Bully legs. Once those four breaks register, you’ve completed the combat stage and don’t need to destroy the head as well. Target the exposed joints instead of firing at the central armoured body.
ARC Raiders Bait Fetch Blast: Get a Bully Fragmenter
Search the Bully wreckage for the Epic Bully Fragmenter after your fight. The community item database also identifies ARC Couriers as another possible source, though defeating a Bully fits the quest and lets you complete its combat stage at the same time. Keep one whole Fragmenter for Apollo rather than recycling it into crafting materials. It is a delivery item, so put it into a Safe Pocket when you can and extract safely. ARC Raiders Bait Fetch Blast doesn’t finish when the machine explodes if you’re missing the actual component.
Claim the rewards from Apollo
Apollo pays 10,000 XP, one Wolfpack and one Bully Fragmenter when you finish. The Showstoppers, Barricade Kits, Medium Shield and Looting Mk. 3 (Survivor) are supplied when you accept ARC Raiders Bait Fetch Blast, not additional completion rewards.

If an objective won’t register
The combat alternatives are confirmed, so don’t start another Bully battle if you’ve already destroyed one, its head, or four legs. If Apollo won’t complete the quest, make sure you’re carrying a whole Bully Fragmenter and haven’t recycled it.
