How to get the Adopt Me Copycat Pet in Halloween Week 3
Go to the Halloween Manor and look for the Copycat pet offer. The Adopt Me Copycat Pet costs 600 Robux. Select the pet and confirm the purchase through the in-game Roblox purchase window. Check that you’re buying the Legendary Copycat rather than one of the Candy Corn pets added in the same update.
Copycat launched on Friday, October 16, 2026 as part of the third Halloween week. You don’t need to complete the new Hotel quest or play Stitches’ minigame to purchase it. The price is a direct Robux purchase, not 600 Candy Corn, and the official update doesn’t describe a free alternative for claiming Copycat.
What does the Copycat Polymorph ability do?
The Adopt Me Copycat Pet has a random Polymorph ability. It transforms to look like another pet for a limited time, rather than permanently replacing Copycat with the other animal. Its appearance can change again as you use the ability, which is the main reason this Legendary stands out from the other Halloween pets.
Adopt Me describes Polymorph as random, rather than a menu where you choose any pet. That doesn’t establish a guaranteed way to select a particular target pet or acquire the copied animal. If Copycat mimics a very rare pet, it still remains your Copycat; the transformation isn’t a trading shortcut or a second pet permanently added to your inventory.
Is the Adopt Me Copycat Pet free or bought with Candy Corn?
No. The new Adopt Me Copycat Pet is the 600 Robux pet. The Halloween update also introduced Stitches for 70,000 Candy Corn and Boohoo for 32,000 Candy Corn, but their currencies and locations are different. Shoebill is unlocked through the Hotel’s lost-items quest.
If you’ve been saving Candy Corn for the final Halloween week, you can spend that on one of the other pets instead. Copycat requires Robux, so playing more Candy Corn minigames won’t by itself unlock it.
Can Copycat become another pet permanently?
The Polymorph transformation is temporary. The Adopt Me Copycat Pet may look like another animal during the ability, but the pet you purchased is still Copycat. There’s no confirmed evolution that turns it into a permanent copy of a selected Legendary or transfers the mimicked pet to your backpack.
Keep that temporary transformation in mind if you’re trading. Appearance alone isn’t proof that a transformed Copycat is the pet it currently resembles. Check the actual pet identity in the trading interface before accepting an exchange.
Is Copycat worth 600 Robux?
The Adopt Me Copycat Pet is mostly about collecting a new Legendary with a playful visual mechanic. If you enjoy showing off different pet appearances, Polymorph gives it something you won’t get from the regular Candy Corn purchases. If you primarily want to complete the Week 3 collection without spending Robux, start with Boohoo and Stitches and work on the free Shoebill quest instead.
The Halloween event also includes Ghost Gallery, Hauntlet 2 and Candy Corn activities that can help you afford the currency pets. None of those tasks changes Copycat’s stated Robux price. Decide whether you like this specific ability before buying it, rather than assuming it will unlock an extra permanent pet.
