The Adopt Me Bolt pet costs 10,000 Candy Corn and can be adopted at the Halloween Hotel during the 2026 Halloween event. He’s an Uncommon mechanical monkey wearing a bellhop uniform, and you can get him without hatching an egg or opening a mystery box.
Bolt arrived on 9 October alongside Hauntlet 2, the Halloween Hotel minigame he now hosts. That gives the building two different attractions: adopting the bellhop for your pet collection and entering the Hauntlet for its separate challenges. If you’re visiting for the first time, it’s worth knowing which one you’re looking for before you spend your Candy Corn.
How to get the Adopt Me Bolt pet
Go to the Halloween Hotel on Adoption Island, enter the ground-floor lobby and look for Bolt by the front desk. Approach his purchase point and use 10,000 Candy Corn to adopt him. Confirm the purchase when prompted, and the Adopt Me Bolt pet is added to your inventory.
That’s the full unlock: no hidden key, special egg or Robux payment. If you’ve been playing the Halloween activities, check your Candy Corn balance before buying anything else. The three ghosts from the Poltergeist Box and the Skelicorn from the Lightning Lever quest have their own methods, so their requirements don’t apply to Bolt.

Adopt Me Bolt pet price, rarity and bellhop accessories
The Adopt Me Bolt pet is Uncommon and costs 10,000 Candy Corn. Uplift Games also introduced four pieces of bellhop pet wear with the October 9 update. Those accessories are for dressing up a pet; you don’t have to buy them to unlock Bolt.
| Pet or accessory | Cost | Rarity |
|---|---|---|
| Adopt Me Bolt pet | 10,000 Candy Corn | Uncommon |
| Bellhop Hat | 2,300 Candy Corn | Uncommon |
| Mechanical Bolt Mask | 5,200 Candy Corn | Rare |
| Mecha Heart Badge | 850 Candy Corn | Common |
| Back Luggage | 2,150 Candy Corn | Uncommon |
Buying the pet and all four accessories adds up to 20,500 Candy Corn. If you’re only interested in adopting him, 10,000 is enough. The extra 10,500 is entirely optional and can be saved for another Halloween reward instead.

Do you have to escape Hauntlet 2 to get Bolt?
No. The Adopt Me Bolt pet is sold directly for Candy Corn. Bolt happens to host Hauntlet 2, but escaping it is not listed as a requirement for his adoption. The minigame has its own challenges and rewards, including the Legendary Escaped Hauntlet, Too sticker.
One useful thing to know if you’re playing Hauntlet 2: the Phone item gives misleading directions. Uplift Games explicitly says Bolt always lies when you use it, so don’t follow the arrow. You can read our Hauntlet 2 guide for the door choices and other items; none of that is necessary just to buy the pet.
How to earn 10,000 Candy Corn for Bolt
Play the Halloween activities you already have access to and hold on to your Candy Corn until you reach the price. Ghost Gallery rewards players for clearing possessed furniture and fighting the boss, while Hauntlet 2 gives you another way to collect Halloween rewards. Stitches’ Spotlight also arrived at the Carnival during Week 3.
Our Candy Corn farming guide covers those activities in more detail. If you’re saving for the Adopt Me Bolt pet, avoid spending on the Bellhop Hat or Mechanical Bolt Mask first; they’re cosmetic purchases, and the pet itself costs 10,000 Candy Corn regardless of what you wear.
Will Bolt stay available after Halloween?
The Adopt Me Bolt pet joined the 2026 Halloween event rather than a permanent egg pool. Uplift Games has confirmed his Halloween Candy Corn price but hasn’t announced a separate permanent purchase method. If you want to buy him directly, do it while the event shop is still running rather than counting on that option staying open afterwards.
